Chapter 27 – The Petty Criminal

1. Our synopsis

Our synopsis of the book:

Chapter 27 – The Petty Criminal

There seems to be someone who seems to have a memory that doesn’t betray them and that person is a self-claimed petty criminal arrested in Greece in 2015 for human trafficking, for which he was sentenced to seven years and 3 months in prison.

This individual while serving his sentence decided to contact Operation Grange.

Helge B, a German citizen who lived in Germany until 1993, then moved to Nice and in 1994 to Corsega, where he seems to currently reside. There, he started to live with a French woman and they had a son.

In 2001 or 2002 he left his family, leaving them their house and 2 cars and took with him 30,000€ to restart his life.

Marseille, Paris, Barcelona and Valencia, where he met Manfred S, another German traveller.

Once the money ran out, he started a life of crime of burglaries, robberies and other crimes.

In 2003, he settled together with Manfred S, in a hippie community in the Spanish town of Órgiva [about 600km East of Praia da Luz, to have an idea, Seville, North of the Gibraltar, is roughly in between them].

He used to come to the South of Portugal to steal fuel, solar panels and other items. When in Portugal he used an autocaravan parked in Fazenda Rebelde, in Santa Clara, near the dam with the same name in the Alentejo [about 85 km NNE of Praia da Luz], where there is a large German community. The owner of the Fazenda Rebelde is a German citizen known as Cheyenne.

In 2005, in Órgiva, he met the German Michael T, quoting Amaral: “…an individual that, like with Manfred S, is described by the criminal as a junkie and alcoholic, besides being stupid. This Michael T was integrated in the practice of stealing solar panels, joining Helge B and Manfred S.”

Helge B states that in the beginning of 2006, when Michael T was already living in the Algarve, he came to Portugal with Manfred S who had set up a meeting with Michael T although they were in a state of disagreement.

This is how Amaral describes the encounter between Christian Brueckner and Helge B:

“The meeting will have happened in a bar in Portimão. Michael T arrived with the person in whose house he lived at the time, a German who presented himself as Christian, known as Oberkellner [Google translate: Head Waiter], by the careful way of dressing, with buttoned-up shirts and always with a jacket. It was the now suspect Christian B.
For the criminal there was something strange about Christian B, not knowing the reason for having that bad impression. On the other hand, Christian B was suspicious of Helge B and did not allow that he, that night, accompany him to his house. He stayed in the bar waiting for Manfred S’s return with the stolen solar panels given by Michael T and Christian B.
Two or three days after this first encounter. Michael T and Christian B appeared in Órgiva to sell solar panels. Helge B was not happy with the situation, as it was him who held there the exclusive of that illegal commerce. The bad relations between him and Christian B must have further deteriorated, even because, at that moment, he took Michael T aside and told him of his displeasure. Christian will have been aware of these comments. To Helge B, it wasn’t enough the lack of trust shown by Christian B in the first encounter towards himself, he further had had the nerve to come to Órgiva to meddle in his business”.

Sometime later, date unknown, Helge B and Manfred S when in Fazenda Rebelde got to know that Christian Brueckner and Michael T were in prison for fuel theft. They, Helge B and Manfred S decided to steal fuel from deposits they knew existed near Brueckner’s house.

Amaral then describes this way the third encounter between CB and HG:

“In March 2008, Helge B was still living and doing business in Órgiva when he saw and talked again with Christian B. At first, he was afraid that he knew who the authors of the burglary of his house were, even because a lot of people got to know it, but even though there was this fear, and that Christian had been suspicious of him from day one, the petty criminal with very fragile principles will make a relevant and compromising confession with a future impact. It is to be highlighted that Christian B’s stay at Órgiva at said date is confirmed by the fact that he had an accident with the autocaravan he used. The accident was reported to the insurance company (German), but it is not known when did the German police got to know of this event.”

In 2010, a 40 yr old Helge B, holding a huge secret and penniless leaves Órgiva and heads for Italy.

On April 22 2011, in Brindisi, in the Italian region of Apulia, while homeless he’s arrested for “participation in a fight, resisting and threatening the police and abusive possession of wounding objects”

Days before, he had been arrested for the theft of 20€ and violent aggression on a young Polish homeless woman.

Even though he had this direct contact with the police and judicial authorities, he doesn’t make use of the secret.

Helge B is arrested in Igoumenitsa. Greece, for being caught red-handed trafficking 3 illegal immigrants. Initially he was arrested for 5 days and then again doesn’t use Christian Brueckner’s confession.

In 2015 he’s sentenced to seven years and 3 months in prison in Crete for human trafficking even though he claims he was just giving them a ride.

Strangely, he was released on parole in April 12 2017 when the sentence would end in 2021.

Such an early release raises the suspicion that something strange may have happened, eventually having used the pseudo-secret he held all those years.

In Amaral’s words:

“What is known is that he was approached by elements of the British police from operation «Grange», after phone contact made by the prisoner’s initiative and that, months after his release on parole, he was being formally heard as a witness against Christian B.
The police authorities involved in the «discovery of the secret» say that this petty criminal, thief, women aggressor and traveller linked to the consumption of alcohol and drugs, former homeless, provided the information in a voluntary way without any money or other considerations, even though, at the time of providing the information, was serving a heavy prison sentence.
Manfred S, his companion in the criminal life of over 20 years, someone who knows well Helge B, defines this individual as a manipulator, a frightening opinator, dominant and aggressive, who makes other people evil in order to be well seen by those listening to him. Helge B presents himself as a «good boy», if «he puts in the effort, can express himself and sell very well». He’s a junkie, has consumed all one can imagine, from crack to heroin, cocaine, cannabis and mushrooms. After his stay in prison things got a bit better but, after four months, he consumed drugs again.”

More to follow.

2. Our analysis

Textusa26 Oct 2021, 16:19:00

On this Chapter, we would like to highlight what Amaral is trying to convey: the time it took Helge B to tell authorities about the alleged confession.

Please note - and Amaral will call out this detail later in the book - that the alleged confidence takes place in March 2008, when literally Maddie was hitting the headlines every single day and this was happening:

https://thetab.com/uk/2019/03/20/madeleine-mccann-reward-fund-96101

“A breakdown of the reward, and a full list of who, including celebrities, has donated to the Madeleine McCann reward fund is:
£10,000 from The Sun newspaper, €15,000 (£10,250) from the Portuguese newspaper Record, £100,000 (€147,000) from a colleague of Kate McCann, £1,000,000 (€1,470,000) from British businessman Stephen Winyard.
A further £1,500,000 (€2,200,000) was raised through a News of The World pledge, including £250,000 from the News of the World themselves, £250,000 from Sir Philip Green, £50,000 from Simon Cowell and £25,000 from Wayne and Coleen Rooney.
Other notable contributors include Sir Richard Branson, JK Rowling, and Bill Kenwright. Harry Potter author JK Rowling donated the highest amount to the News of The World fund, but her figure was undisclosed.”

Also, we ask readers to retain the fact that until he goes there to steal fuel from deposits that allegedly existed near it, Helge B had never been before in Christian's B house and from what we can understand after reading the book, he never went there again.

We’re not sure why this is news.

Only in October we were told there was a meeting to share information between the 3 police forces involved:
    https://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/madeleine-mccann-cops-3-countries-22918365

So, what happened at this meeting? Was there a falling out between German and UK police? If so, why hasn’t it been reported?

If it’s true, given the Star isn’t regarded as a highly reliable source, are we being prepared for Op Grange to continue the search for a missing child?

It would be ironic if Mark, the Op Grange officer who interviewed Helge B in Athens, passed the information to Germany, only to have control of the case snatched from them.

  3. We are now waiting for the judgement from the ECHR, which is expected in the first semester of 2022 and we anticipate that the slew of stories about CB and the “Will he, won’t he be charged” pantomime in relation to MM will continue up to the verdict.

“Not in the case of Maddie, however.”

It turns out that neither the British nor the highly reputed BKA (why, Germany, why?) couldn’t find the alibi. It needed for a 2-bit snake-oil salesman pseudo-detective to have found this.

Then people wonder why fake-news has taken over. The public has been reading about this blatantly evident lie treated as truth by the media for more than a decade, haven’t they?

  6. There will be a German documentary tonight, hence the flurry of news.

The identity of the pool cleaner was known in 2013 and CB was pulled in by German police, if earlier press reports are reliable.

A man who used to run pool cleaning service contacted German police after seeing e-fit appeal. That’s when he was pulled in for questioning originally.

Wolters thanking doc makers for new info is complete rubbish. The Germasn knew who this pool cleaner was and his company must have cleaned pools for OC

CB was a pool cleaner, apparently. If one remembers, Luis Antonio had a pool cleaning service employing one person.

Luis Antonio had been sacked from OC. Possible link with CB? Who knows?

Coincidence? This article is from 2008.

The resort mentioned in the Guardian article, Cala D’Or, is where the pool cleaner was reported to have worked. His information was given to the German police in 2013.

Since then, the story has changed to CB cleaning pools in PDL. Was he cleaning pools in Majorca and PDL, in between his self- confessed drug-running, orange-picking and golf ball collecting? 😂😂😂😂

Luís Antonio was interviewed by the PJ on May 14 2007 and his sole employee was João Vieira Olim, meaning CB wasn’t working for LA in the time period he mentions in his statement.

Olim had worked for Luís Antonio part- time, for 2 years., when he was interviewed in 2007.

It seems that poolman in the German documentary is an employee who had worked for years at the OC, carrying out pool maintenance and repairs. his narrows the field down to a few people.

No employee interviewed mentions pool maintenance, other than Lu+is Antonio, who was sacked by OC and not doing the job when interviewed.

He could be the person who identified CB as working for the OC in the past, but no way of being certain it was LA.

However, Brueckner was said to have carried out repairs to the apartments themselves, according to an ex-girlfriend.

    3. Anonymous 1 Feb 2022, 21:58:00,

Thank you for the information. We were referring to the only person in the files who had owned a pool cleaning business, rather than staff who maintained the OC pools, but you were correct about CB now being referred to in the press as simply carrying out repairs. At least 6 members of staff in PJ files referred to carrying out maintenance duties.

As the German prosecutor has allegedly said the German documentary didn’t reveal anything that wasn’t already known to them, we can only assume that they didn’t believe the CB repair man story or they did know about it and have kept that to themselves?

Is the latter scenario possible, given that they have thrown everything at demonstrating CB’s involvement?

The most reliable witnesses would be Silvia Batista and her husband, who had overall responsibility for managing maintenance. They had worked there for many years and would know all of the staff who had been employed.

'Missed opportunity' in Maddie case as Met requested prime suspect interview in 2013
SCOTLAND YARD asked German investigators to look into the now-prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in 2013, but found "no reason" to believe he was involved in what could be a massive missed opportunity in the case.

    By Aleks Phillips
    20:41, Sun, Feb 6, 2022 | UPDATED: 12:27, Mon, Feb 7, 2022

Madeleine went missing when she was three years old, while her family were on holiday in the Algarve in 2007. Convicted rapist and child sexual abuser Christian B was identified as the prime suspect in Madeleine's disappearance by investigators in Braunschweig in June 2020.

They believe he is responsible for the killing of Maddie. Christian B has always denied all allegations in relation to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

It has already been reported that Christian B was first interviewed over the disappearance of Madeleine in November 2013.

In a four-part documentary by German TV channel Sat.1, released on Monday, spokesperson for the public prosecutor’s office in Braunschweig, Hans Christian Wolters, claimed at the time the Met Police asked them to investigate Christian B as a potential suspect.

Speaking in the programme, he claimed: “Because this was about a German, the British police asked the German police to look into this person in administrative cooperation without a concrete investigation, just to check out what kind of person he is, does he even exist, what are the personal circumstances – just to look at it broadly.”

Asked to expand on the interview in 2013, Mr Wolters said: “He was asked a few questions just to see if this person could say anything about the disappearance of the British girl in 2007.

“After he gave his first answers the matter was basically resolved. There was no reason to think about whether Christian B was actually involved in this case or knew about it.”

The documentary claimed this was a missed opportunity, as it warned Christian B that he was a suspect and, if it was him who took Madeleine, would have allowed him to destroy evidence linking him to the crime.

In 2020, German newspaper Der Spiegel reported that Christian B had been invited in for questioning via a letter which stated the matter was in reference to Madeleine McCann.

Officers told the paper that this had been a blunder, as such a high-profile case would have required more evidence to be gathered before approaching a potential suspect.

One investigator claimed: “This should not have happened and in no way complies with common procedure in such a delicate case.”

Christian B was believed by prosecutors to be living in the Algarve between 1995 and 2007.

The day after Madeleine disappeared, the suspect transferred his Jaguar car to someone else’s name.

Police also uncovered phone records that appeared to place him in the Praia da Luz area on the evening of Madeleine’s disappearance.

  8. (Cont)

The Sat.1 documentary also claimed it had evidence that Christian B “repeatedly worked” at the Ocean Club resort where the McCanns stayed, and would have been “very familiar” with the area.

In recent weeks, revelations about Christian B’s appetite for children have included claims that he had stashes of child pornography and that he “he liked the bodies of girls before they reached puberty”.

However, Christian B rebutted claims that he was responsible for the kidnap of Madeleine in letters written from his German prison cell.

In excerpts shown on the Sat.1 documentary, he claimed that his drug dealing while he was in the Algarve precluded him from abduction.

He said: “I was never caught by the police because I followed a few key principles.

“Where possible, only driving during the day so that my battered ‘hippy bus’ didn't attract attention, only driving on the roads I needed to and, most importantly never provoking the police.

“So that means not committing any crimes, certainly not abducting anyone.

“Having said that, this was just as absurd to me at the time as starting a nuclear war or slaughtering a chicken.”

When asked to comment, Mr Wolters told Express.co.uk: “In 2013, Christian B was questioned by the police as a witness. At that time there were no suspicions against him. Therefore, an interrogation of the accused was not justified at the time.

“So no opportunity has been missed.”

The Metropolitan Police declined to comment.

    1. Another version of the story, from the horse’s mouth, Wolters.

So it wasn’t Helge B’s information in the Athens hotel in 2017 which initiated the suspicions about CB.

Now it’s OG contacting the German police in 2013.

How would OG know anything about a German who wasn’t living in the UK?

Portugal tells OG about CB in 2012

In 2013 German police call CB in for questioning.

In 2017, OG interview Helge B in Athens. Supposedly after a tip- off following an appeal for information by German TV crime programme.

Coincidentally Euclides M was a suspect in 2013. Same story about his phone signal in vicinity of OC and being a former employee.

It will air in Germany on March 9 and 16.

Part 3 still has no airing date and so far, there’s no sign of it on UK Channel 5.

If Mark WT has discovered CB has an alibi, it should be shared with the German police and not used to make a profit from a documentary which has been quite some time in the making.

He believes M wandered off, into the arms of a passing paedophile; presumably opening and then closing the child gate on the stairs from the apartment.

As you might know, the blog believes that not a single penny has been spent on OG for the last years, certainly not much after Redwood's PDL circus.

But, as a first reaction, it seems to us the UK is leaving Germany in a pickle. After all, didn't Germany say they had SOLID evidence against CB?

    (Article from 30 May 2021)

Could this be why OG is ending?

This article states that Portugal rejected the Mc’s offer of a friendly settlement.

The FS negotiations are meant to be strictly confidential, so why and how did this information come to be published?
This means the Mcs have some idea of the likelihood of their application succeeding or not.

It’s also clear that they share information with the press - in this case, the Scottish Sun.

Is it possible the recent Sun article, the first to break the news about funding, is also party to this information about the rejected FS?

The case is (probably) due to be heard in the first semester of 2022, which would be the end of June.

If their application is rejected in full or in part by the ECHR, where would that leave OG?

The ECHR would give a full explanation of their adjudication, available on their website and the Portuguese Supreme Court’s acceptance of the proven facts would be supported.

  18. Anonymous 21 Mar 2022, 15:44:00,

In response to your request about some of our thoughts.

Consider these dates. Do they suggest anyone knew who they were targeting in 2013, when the German programme File XY Unsolved was aired?

In 2020, the Deputy Director of the PJ, Carlos Farinha stated that the Metropolitan Police had known of CB’s existence for at least 8 years, “At least since 2012, they have had knowledge of him.” In spite of this, OG had not asked the PJ to take any action in respect of CB at this time.

On October 14 2013, Crimewatch launched an appeal for information and staged a reconstruction of the events of May 3. 2 photo- fits, said to be of the same man were shown.

XY, the German equivalent of the UK Crimewatch, subsequently made an appeal featuring a reconstruction and an appeal by Kate and Gerry McCann, which showed the e-fit of 2 men - said to be fair - haired, one wearing sunglasses, who were allegedly spotted near the scene of M’s disappearance. The police said they believed the men may be German.

How did they know the men may have been German?

This may be explained by a Guardian article, dated October 15 2013, which stated that there was an appeal set to air in Germany and the Netherlands which would feature 2 male suspects, believed to be German speakers.

So the assumption is the suspects must have been heard speaking German? Who had ever publicly declared they had heard 2 men speaking German?

The Jensen sisters had described similar men, but had made a statement to Kent Police in the UK rather than the PJ. The same sisters who claimed to have seen Robert M on the night of May 3, according to newspaper reports. Unless anyone knows differently, the sisters did not claim to have heard the men speaking.

The Guardian article shows 2 e-.fits, but these were not the same men who would be shown by the German programme!
The e-fits shown by the Guardian were the same as those shown by Andy Redwood on Crimewatch. Those 2 e-fits were said by Redwood to be of the same man. They were produced from the descriptions given by Martin Smith and his son Peter, who had seen a man carrying a girl on the night M disappeared.

Nothing like the e-fits shown in the German programme. These e- fits has been made in 2008 by Oakley Associates- a private investigation funded by the McCanns and had not been released prior to the Crimewatch programme.

After the German programme, one of the viewers had apparently responded by naming CB. This seems to have been the reason why CB had been sent a letter by Braunschweig police asking him to report to them on November 4 2013, as a witness in relation to the M case, following a routine investigation by the German Federal Office for Criminal Investigation. No further action was taken against CB.

Federal Investigators had received a tip -off following a TV appeal by the parents on October 16 2013, according to Der Spiegel.

A former colleague had recognised CB from a photo fit and said CB had run a swimming pool service close to Cala D’Or holiday resort. Then JC from the Olive Press refers to a man who used to run a pool cleaning service with CB in Portugal (did CB actually run services in Portugal AND Cala D’Or?).

In his new book, JC refers to 2 friends of CB; Michael Tatschl and Helge B (the latter being the person who met with OG police in Athens in May 2017 to denounce CB) “ while a third did the same as long back as 2013 after a German TV appeal..”. So Helge B wasn’t the friend who gave CB’s name in 2013, if we can rely on JC for an accurate account?

Make of all of this what you will. Who knows which sources are reliable or truthful?

In essence, it seems to point to a former friend of CB, other than the friends who have already been named, denouncing him in October 2013, resulting in CB being asked to report as a witness in November 2013.

This was followed by 4 years of OG chasing various suspects, including those who made allegedly potentially incriminating phone calls in the vicinity of the Ocean Club on the night of May 3, until the interview in Athens with Helge B in 2017, following his release from a prison in Crete.

Followed by a gap of 3 years before the German authorities declared CB was suspected of being the abductor in 2020.

Why did Crimewatch and AZ produce different photo -fits within the same month?

Why was an appeal made on AZ in Germany in particular, rather than, let’s say, Portugal, where the disappearance occurred?

    Answers on a postcard please.

  20. MWT's Twitter - he doesn't know when his Mc documentary will be aired. Possibly June when it was supposed to be March.

Is everything coming to an end?

Maybe MWT read what we said and took our advice to take information to the police and not make money out of a tragedy or we could be serious and say that most likely that the "money-tap" has run dry...

Everything is set for Maddie McCann to become XXI's Century JFK.

By the way, does anyone know how, when, where and who killed Ben Needham? It was just enough for the British Police (an official entity and not some tabloid) to say that he was dead and that was that wasn't it? It was.

    1. That was a knee-jerk reaction to a sliver of a story, (BN, that is). The media, the tragic excuse of a nationwide police force and the complicit politicians are pretty much, all in bed together. They actually are.

R.I.P Simon Cole, former Chief constable of Leicestershire Police. He was found hanged in the garage of his family home, his poor wife and children, good grief.

I thought it would be an important part of the record and you should be made aware of it, just incase you didn't already know.

  21. In today's press there's the latest news about Christian Brueckner from his long-lost [old friend, not another!] currently living in Cambodia. His name is also Christian, Christian Post, he's operating under an assumed name, now there's a surprise and a half.

He is certain that the German prisoner, still banged up in solitary confinement with seemingly no access to human rights lawyers. Is GUILTY of taking Madeleine, perpetrating the most unspeakable of crimes and murdering her.

Gross! Gross! Gross! British and pals' media, you are GROSS!

If it reads like a load of old bo**ox, sounds like a load of old bo**ox and looks like a load of ol' bo**ox. If it emanates from the usual source, the probability of it being bo**ox is unmistakably, [roughly?] :) about 99.99% that it is pure, ironclad, bo**ox.

Just the opinion of someone who knows that this is not a black or white, left or right, up or down issue. There's no gasoline left in the tank, still, they expect the old jalopy to go. They being the drivers and hustlers of the ongoing alternative reality, Madeleine would be 19 soon, remember her? A few pence a word, Superhuman Crew?

Your imaginations are so unbelievably lame. Where's the editor, on the beach? Or? No, not today, for snowflakes melt when it's hot.

  24. jc,

This has a very strange smell to it. News of this magnitude would be expected to be blaring on Portuguese TV. It isn't.

Thank you for your comment but do understand that we don't want to feed this, unless it gains some substance.

    1. The Portuguese news Channel SIC, the only one I've seen mentioning this issue, has stated that it is just a procedural move so as to avoid the statute of limitation on the case.

If this is true, which we believe that it is most likely to be, the Maddie case remains consistently allergic to truth and justice but highly faithful to hypocrisy and power-pleasing.

  25. The media and friends have lied to you again about this instantly hateable C.B. character, no, "he" has not been charged with the abduction of the child. Check it out for yourself, commencing with the German prison system. The German lawyer has allegedly met with the platsy in prison, I beg to differ.

    1. The flimsy, virtually molasses-like journalistic cult don't check facts, nor do they print them. It's fiction, I mean, who in their right mind would believe anything M.W.T. said? They are covering their own tracks, and frankly, that particular mob do not give a s*i* about the McCanns or the mess they've left behind. Why were M.W.T. and Gamble cosying up in P.D.L. from the get-go anyways? Stop digging, you're beginning to look filthy.

Wolters has denied any traces of fibre found in CB’s camper van.

Sandra F identifies Lina ( W***) as the witness who is CB’s alleged alibi for May 3.
    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uxAQSwQuXh8

Second half of Sandra’s programme. Paperwork shown in screenshots identified Lina Welz. One brief glimpse of Paulo Rebelo’s name on bottom of paperwork.
    https://www.rtp.pt/play/p6596/e483071/sexta-as-9

Lina was the 16 year old in the care of Nicole F, who ran away from the care institution Nicole F ran in Foral, for children sent by the German government.

CB was the person who allegedly went searching for Lina when she ran away and was later found to be pregnant. This was in 2008. She is said to be of German/ Russian descent.

It’s unlikely this could be a teenager on holiday with her parents in Portugal in May 2007 as she only left the institution at the age of 18.

Paulo Rebelo investigated the institution in 2008, as his name appears in the paperwork shown in Sandra F’s Sexta 9 programme in 2020. Maybe the same PR as in the M case?

Make of this digest what you will.

  29. We heard Sandra F mention a name which sounded like Lina and wondered whether she was referring to Lina W, as identified in the Sexta 9 documentary 2 years ago. We concluded it was unlikely that Lina W could be the alibi witness.

Sabado (editor Sandra F) has since identified the witness as Anna Lena EHRHARDT, who was detained at Faro airport on May 9, carrying a mace spray. Obviously the same person GA was referring to in his book.

It remains to be seen if Anna Lena can or will provide an alibi for CB’s whereabouts on May 3 2007.
In the meantime, speculation rages on as to whether CB killed M or if he ( maybe with help) abducted and sold her.

  31. The information filtering through from a Twitter account (IF) is that CB has somehow made contact. There's a "foreign investigator" who has been on the ground in Luz since the beginning and he seems to be the one who made initial contact.

Allegedly, the account in question along with another counterpart believes this story to be genuine. Isn't that interesting. Does the Textusa team have any thoughts on the latest assertions?

    TIA for your considered response.

    https://gddc.ministeriopublico.pt/pagina/notes-portuguese-legal-terms

The rights of an arguido, as defined here, may explain why the news about CB has dwindled.

He will now have, or should have, the information about any allegations that have been made against him. He also has the right to be involved in certain proceedings.

If the media now make any further allegations about him which are not contained in the information CB now has access to, would they not be at risk of legal action?

    1. Well according to the Olive Press CB will be charged over various rape and child abuse allegations, also it alleges that Italy was the last country he was a free man in and extradition will need to be asked for even though he in a German prison serving a sentence , make of that what you will.

The 2 rapes will be based on what Seyferth and Busching claim to have seen on the video which they watched and disposed of, allegedly.

The extradition request to Italy is a formality as CB is serving a prison sentence in Germany for the rape of DM, seemingly because CB’s lawyer requested this procedure take place.

Presumably this means that Italy will only agree to formally extradite if they consider the evidence against him is sufficiently strong?’ Is Fulscher forcing the hand of the German prosecutor?
