Eightfold

a pebble in a pond always causes ripples

in still waters the murky was surprised

hands came in pairs and soon were triples

fix the irremediable they tried and tried

flattening water only make waves bigger

look, there’s trees, birds and flowers to see

the fall wasn’t in pond, it just flew over

vain attempt, guilt won’t go free

eightfold have birds flown north and south

justice forgotten at the bottom of a pond

but many are who won’t shut their mouth

the pebble can’t speak but we can respond

  3. 'Tis moonlight, summer moonlight

    'Tis moonlight, summer moonlight,
    All soft and still and fair;
    The solemn hour of midnight
    Breathes sweet thoughts everywhere,

But most where trees are sending
    Their breezy boughs on high,
    Or stooping low are lending
    A shelter from the sky.

And there in those wild bowers
    A lovely form is laid;
    Green grass and dew-steeped flowers
    Wave gently round her head.

Completing filming in Portugal ‪#McCann talk to many locals. People in Praia da Luz tell me community never recovered.

Praia de Luz equals: burglaries, abductions and bogey men, preferably all together. This small town in the Algarve will be stigmatised forever... But, of course, the people of Praia de Luz are not important. There's only one person in the world who knows what a real 'disaster' means.

  6. The Mcs may have achieved a Pyhrric victory with positive headlines, but their award must be balanced against their court and legal costs. The proven findings include the indications of the blood and cadaver dogs and the judgement restates the whole of the PJ.findings, which were not favourable to the T9.
A groundswell of support for Mr Amaral's appeal costs has followed, plus a press article which makes it clear he is not a wealthy man.
If they attempt to sue just one more person, the tide of opinion, which seems to be turning against them, will never return in their favour.

You have only to look at this fund website and some of the comments written by those donating to Amaral to see how people are feeling. £8000 has now been raised in 5 days.

Online trolls pay Madeleine McCann libel detective’s legal bills on eight year anniversary

INTERNET trolls are funding the legal bills of a shamed Portuguese detective who claimed Madeleine McCann’s parents were behind her disappearance.

A British policeman is one of more than 330 people who have donated more than £5,300 towards Goncalo Amaral’s legal bills after he was sued by Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry.

The sickening news comes on the eight year anniversary of Madeleine’s disappearance.

Amaral was ordered to pay €500,000 in libel damages to the McCanns following the publication of a damning and unfounded book, “Maddie, The Truth of the Lie”.

But Leanne Baulch, 22, of Birmingham, created the page and wrote the fund was created “as a quest for justice and backed by supporters from all over the globe, in solidarity, friendship and above all, in the interest of furthering the investigation of the case into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann”.

It adds: “There are many who follow Amaral’s dissatisfaction, and whom, like him, urge for the day the truth, or some more of it will emerge.”

Amaral, 56, is to launch an expensive appeal against the payout decision.

When Madeline first went missing I felt so sorry for the parents as I believed they had made a terrible mistake and were suffering heavily as a result. But like many people once I read the police files, watched the McCann and cadaver dog video clips which were shocking and read detailed evidence based blogs like Textusa it is impossible to believe the McCann version of events. Nobody likes to think someone could do this and deceive so many people for so long. It almost sounds impossible but all the evidence would indicate otherwise and is really chilling. Even if this fund doesn't help that much financially it will I hope raise the profile of the injustice of what has happened and challenge people's perceptions of a man who was just doing his job, wanted justice for a child and for the truth to be known. Roll on the appeal!

    1. With regard to who done it and the coverup.I think we will have to wait and see due to the probable extension of the damages trial/Operation Grange or the Portugal PJ as it is within their Justice system?
who has removed the person from 5A or accomplice's it is possible to show a time frame?
what has already been documented, time frame wise and all the distortions of the witness statements. A disaster?

Brits raise thousands for Maddie cop’s libel appeal

After what many consider the bombshell of a judicial decision - setting record damages for a private Portuguese citizen - British supporters of former PJ inspector Gonçalo Amaral are rallying en-masse to a “gofundme” online appeal - started intriguingly by a young British woman who was only 14 when Madeleine McCann went missing.

In less than a week, 22-year-old Leanne Baulch’s appeal has raised over £9,200. British media is slating it - suggesting it is powered by “sick online trolls”, but as the Resident looks behind this fast-developing story it is becoming clear that many of these people have no ‘axe to grind’. They are simply appalled at what they see as a case of injustice.

Meantime, police in UK have decided not to go ahead with any prosecutions over the so-called “hate dossier” cataloguing “troll abuse” of the McCanns.

Read the full report in this week’s Algarve Resident newspaper, available in newsagents on Thursday.

  13. What is a lie
    Untrue words spoken or told
    That fall from the lips
Of those who now carry its load
It can never be seen its only heard
With the ability to damage and do harm
To the innocent by its word
It can ricochet with an echo rebounding
In the ears of the people
    It's accepted and resounding
The propaganda machine will be churning
To silence the ones who's voices are genuine
Like a rumble in a storm we are awakening
To lies told in media and all
Some may be afraid they will begin to fall
Like acorns from the oak tree getting trodden into the ground
However a lie cannot live when theres no underground
Sooner or later the lies are in doubt
As many see the truth and throw the lies out
Be aware of what is false and what people conceal
Listen to your heart to hear what is real
