Copyright infringement

(original tweet here)
(original tweet here)
(original tweet here)

We would like to know if anyone has reported the tweets above because of copyright infringements.

Note, we do NOT want people to report them in any way. We just want to know if anyone is not comfortable with these users having attached those pictures to their tweets. We are.

That’s all we want to know for now. Please, we repeat, no reporting. It’s not what we want and if the tweets disappear after we publish this post, we are not to blame.

As we said, it seems perfectly fine with the pictures being used as no intellectual property is being stolen nor are the images being used to achieve any sort of profit by those who have used them.

Thank you.

By the way, and evidently outside any copyright infringement issue, Jules’ tweet is so, but so interesting... Sushi, eh?

  2. And by cutting & pasting those tweets to include those self same images, you too are in breach of possible copyright infringement.

    1. And people posting memes, are they also in breach of possible copyright infringement?

By the way, the debate is no whether they, or we, are in breach of possible copyright infringement, but if people have reported them. And if they will report us, if they agree with you.

Only hypocrites would report ones and not report others, don't you agree?

    2. By the way, if our post is removed, the least we expect is to see all tweets using photos/memes to be removed.

Examples of hypocrisy from both of them can be found easily all over the internet.

Narcissists project. Do as I say, not as I do is always the narcissist's motto.

But who is at fault? The not-funny joke teller or those laughing after s/he tells it?

  5. From "FB Anon":

"This from Anne Guedes on NT's site: "Should we therefore be amazed by the success of Textusa's bemusing constructions ? I don't mind them personally, I'd just find reasonable a bit of humour once in a while."
That's where you've been going wrong Textusa, you're just not FUNNY enough for NT's gang. After all what we need in the case of a dead 3 year old is a good belly laugh. Anne Guedes must find NT absolutely hilarious with all his swearing and insults. I mean, what can be funnier than calling women stupid bitches?? Mind you Textusa, when you chucked "Foamy O'Byrne" back at him, that was a corker."

Rev. Haynes and Susan Hubbard mysteriously arrived in Praia da Luz from Canada on Sunday 6 May, to take up an appointment as the Anglican Minister in Praia da Luz. The Hubbards rapidly became very close friends of the McCanns
Hugh Lohan brought in by Control Risks Group and said he was 'a former intelligence officer, now a kidnap negotiator and counsellor'. He attended meeting with the lawyers from IFLG specialised in security and intelligence during his 30) years in the British army. On leaving, he worked in the defence and aviation industry before joining Control Risks as an adviser on kidnap and extortion, and subsequently as an external consultant. Clarence Mitchell, Head of the government's Media Monitoring Unit: According to the reply to a Freedom of Information request, he was appointed on Sunday 6 May to head up the government's PR support for the McCanns, but he did not travel to Portugal until 22 May 2007
The government set up a very high-powered liaison committee on Tuesday 8 May under the Chairmanship of Matt Baggott, Leicestershire Police Chief Constable. It seems the list was compiled by Mr Bennett and credit must be given where credit is due, and Mr Hall has also done that.

What we would like to point out is that according to some quarters we are supposed to believe that a couple/group of people who were able to muster all of those above were unable to muster whatever was needed to dissimulate a death by over-sedation.

Which would be to have someone with relevance at the hospital and request for the results of the autopsy to remain confidential. That would be it. No one would know better.

Are we expected to believe that a couple who musters such muscle power was scared that the twins would be taken away from them by the British Social Services? Really?

  9. Interesting comments by Carla Spade tonight with quotes from the Craig Murray blog discussing the McCann case.

They appear to blow out of the water any idea that all the extraordinary support that McCann's received was in any way, typical for British missing children cases, in direct opposition to JBL's claims.

Yes, it seems that after unsuccessfully trying to diss the dogs – insulting the Portuguese justice system while doing it – JBLittlemore’s new objective is to diss the PJ:

So you believe police forces, civil service departments etc., (+ OC staff & most of the Algarve population in some eyes!) - how many people, potentially? - would all keep such a dastardly cover up of the fate of a little girl within zipped mouths over so many years? #Mccann
      5:51 am - 5 Nov 2018”

      *****

If there was no cover-up, then the PJ had unhindered access to all the evidence and that can only mean one thing: the abduction apologists were right and the PJ is indeed an incompetent and inept police force.

The only reason we defend the PJ, as we should, is that all can easily see that their investigation was hindered and faced all the obstacles put in front of it by the establishment of an entire nation, with the complicity of the establishment of another, to make sure that the truth was not discovered.

And when the obstacles weren’t enough, they simply kicked out of the investigation who was not toeing the line.

Because one knows what a gigantic cover-up the PJ faced, one should NEVER criticise the PJ for what they weren’t able to do but instead should give the PJ a huge round of applause for whatever they were able to.

To state or even suggest that there was no cover-up, more than to insult everyone’s intelligence, it’s to insult the PJ.

JBlittlemore is indeed a doubter. Doubts the dog and doubts the PJ. Doubts Mr Amaral who did his best under the circumstances and which, thankfully, was a lot.

Interesting to see people supporting JBLittlemore in this nonsense. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Thank you, but please refer to our comment at 5 Nov 2018, 09:45:00:
“About the latest article in the Sun by Nick Pisa:
      http://textusa.blogspot.com/2011/02/blogeditorial-decision-on-maddie-mccann.html”

This Tracey Kandohla and Abe Hawken piece is to filed next to Pisa’s one.

It has been established VERY CLEARLY that even if a case has been submitted, whatever decision the ECHR comes to will have no effect in the rulings made on the case made by the Portuguese Justice system.

It has been established VERY CLEARLY that a case in the ECHR would be against Portugal and would have absolutely nothing to do with Sr Amaral.

It has been established VERY CLEARLY that the McCanns only owe Mr Amaral the costs for his legal team, if they haven’t paid that yet and nothing else.

It has been established VERY CLEARLY that the McCanns, if they haven’t paid that yet, owe court costs and that has nothing to do with Mr Amaral.

We prefer not to collaborate with the repetitions of lies. If we are to hear something about this, we will wait until the ECHR informs us all, and will ignore any news about it from the Brit media. This means we won’t be publishing any more comments on this.

It must be said that it has pleased us to see that however much some have tried and are trying to make a big deal out of this, the best they have achieved is the understandable roll of eyes from all. If it was meant to generate an “internet outrage” it has failed miserably and shows how some don’t have the power they think they have and might now be running the risk of being seen as utterly useless by their bosses.

Trying to distract with these easily debunkable lies just shows despair and a pathetic attempt to distract from something.

By the way, hasn’t Blacksmith been saying that media and McCanns were ordered to be quiet? This CLEARLY contradicts his belief there is some sort of purdah in place.

Our ship is set on course for the BRT and that’s where we will be heading. We will not be distracted by this. By this or by the recent stepping up of attacks against us.
