The three VERY IMPORTANT photos.

We feel this issue is VERY important so we are importing all the comments about these three photos that have been submitted/published so far into this post. Putting all the information together and give it the visibility we think it deserves.

The making news fake.

A Christmas bonus for our real truth-seeking readers.

Scare tactics - comments continue

This post, as our usual readers are familiar with, has the purpose to allow comments to continue as the original post has almost reached the limit of 200 one that Blogger allows for each comment page.

Swinging tablecloth

1. Introduction

It’s said that a picture is worth a thousand words. That is absolutely true.

But sometimes those thousand words have a meaning greater than usual. Sometimes an image can crack a case, even a high profile one like Maddie McCann.

We believe that the picture above is such a case. We have called this picture up to now, the Frog’s BRT. As it’s much more than that, we shall call it the Tapas posh esplanade photo.

The BRT that never existed

1. Introduction

It has now come the time to start proving that the Big Round Table (BRT) that the Tapas 9 (T9) allegedly used to dine from Sunday to Thursday at Tapas esplanade never existed.

Two things upfront that clearly show that it never existed is the fact is the lack of images of said BRT. The two things being the absence of them from the media and from guests who have been at Tapas before, during and after Maddie disappeared.

Copyright infringement

(original tweet here)

We would like to know if anyone has reported the tweets above because of copyright infringements.

Note, we do NOT want people to report them in any way. We just want to know if anyone is not comfortable with these users having attached those pictures to their tweets. We are.

That’s all we want to know for now. Please, we repeat, no reporting. It’s not what we want and if the tweets disappear after we publish this post, we are not to blame.

As we said, it seems perfectly fine with the pictures being used as no intellectual property is being stolen nor are the images being used to achieve any sort of profit by those who have used them.

Thank you.

By the way, and evidently outside any copyright infringement issue, Jules’ tweet is so, but so interesting... Sushi, eh?

The Frog's BRT

Foreword: for reasons of simplification, we will assume the Frog to be a woman. We believe it to be a woman behind the character and if we are wrong then wrong we are. As our readers know, gender is something we consider irrelevant and it’s just to save the “s/he”, “he/her” and “himself/herself” in the text.

1. Introduction

Let us start by saying that we hope that we are wrong about what we are discussing here. We truly hope that after we publish this post, the Frog will show us that we’re wrong. If she does that we will gladly admit that we are wrong.

Section 9

We have thanked JBLittlemore before and now we have to thank him again. He has helped us change our minds about something quite important about the case, and that is the perception people have that the case can be prosecuted in the UK.

We have stated that it could. We have said that it was legally possible but politically impossible.

It's September 2018 - Comments continue II

As per blogeditorial decision of April 18 this year and practice since then, the blog has become a “single-thread forum” preferring the publication of comments over independent new posts.

Blogger has a limitation of 200 comments per comment page, so whenever the comments start to reach that number, we open up a new post so that comments continue. We did that with “The help and the tennis” and will now continue to do so with “It’s September 2018”.

The help and the tennis

1. Introduction

There is something in the case that is consensual that it is unclear and that to us is absolutely key.

We would even go as far as to call the person involved, close him in a room and ask him the question he was asked before and to which he has given a very vague and unclear answer to say the least.

That person David Payne and that question would be “about what EXACTLY you intended to help Kate McCann with when you went to the McCann apartment at around 18:30 on the evening of May 3 2007?”

The ambush

1. Introduction

We have now written many posts on the Smith sighting. We have absolutely no doubt in our minds that it was an intended encounter.  Smithman walked deliberately into the Smiths when he had plenty of time and opportunities to avoid them.

No one is able to judge what others decide in situations in which they see themselves put in. The same person can react differently in similar situations, differing only in state of mind between circumstances.

But there’s something called instinct. Saying that everyone withdraws their hand from a flame is not being judgmental but realising fact. As we are being factual when we say Smithman would have done all he could to avoid crossing with the Smiths if he was carrying a compromising (dead or abducted) child in his arms.

And because he didn’t avoid the Smiths when he could have perfectly well done so as we have shown, we have stated that this encounter was completely intentional on Smithman’s part.

Today, we are going to take that intention a step further. We are going to show that Smithman didn’t simply walk intentionally into the Smiths. He waited for them. He literally ambushed them.

The pool photo

1. Introduction

The relevance of the so-called Pool Photo, best known as the Last Photo, has emerged again, with a theory sent to the Attorney General of Portugal by CMoMM group, authored by Peter McCleod, known in the Maddie internet world as PeterMac.

In terms of authorship, even though it’s said that it was from a group of unnamed researchers both British and Portuguese, the only other name that has appeared is that of Paulo Reis, although it’s uncertain if he was a researcher/translator or just a translator.

The article that caused the Last Photo to emerge again did not meet the expected impact or relevance its authors hoped it would have by far. For them it must be a huge disappointment.

28 questions

By suggestion of our friend J, this week we have decided to make a post of the 28 questions that we put to Anon in our post “Very important concessions”.

They were addressed to Anon (please forgive the aggressiveness below but as you know, then we thought you were Insane) and he has replied. We now invite all the paedo-theory believers to answer them (we will not put into our usual italics as it constitutes the entire post):

Why?

It seems that being “obsessed” with swinging is apparently off-putting but being OBSESSED with paedophilia is socially acceptable.

Why?

We refer readers to the comments section of our post “The paedo offensive” as of our comment made at 8 Mar 2018, 20:53:00.

About the “make-up” photo the debate was quite enlightening but we are still waiting to know from K9 the answers to some questions:

- Why did the Portuguese REQUEST the Gaspar statements? Who tipped them off and when? Why did the British police send them?  (“The Brit snitch”)

- Why did the Gaspars keep in touch and visit the McCanns after that holiday in Majorca in which Mrs Gaspar allegedly witnessed the conversation between David Payne and Gerry McCann? (here and here)

- Why was Mrs Gaspar unable to say to David Payne, thanks for the offer, but we bathe our own kids?

- Why would she be afraid to offend anybody by saying that?

We recommend that our post “TRUTH” be revisited.

Panorama or Propaganda?

More in hope than expectation, we waited to see if Gemma O’Doherty would produce a follow-up to her unexpectedly thin, in terms of new content, article in February, on the Madeleine McCann case.

We have shown that in terms of importance it’s really thick and has caused shock-waves that are still rocking the underground in this case.

As we thought, it wasn’t intended to be the first of a series and nothing more has been written or tweeted by Gemma on this subject. However, there is something we hope she will consider if she ever decides to revive her interest in the subject. Or rather, somebody.

The paedo offensive

1. Introduction

We published our post “Very important concessions” on Friday Feb 16 2018 at 09:00.

In it we have shown how Walkercan1000, Insane’s character as the other side’s top Twitter minion, had been helpful in letting us understand what had happened in the Maddie case when Gemma O’Doherty announced she was going to publish an article about Maddie on Jan 7 and which she did so on Feb 3.

Very important concessions

1. Introduction

It was interesting to watch the reactions to our previous post.

Some immediately saw it as us tearing Gemma O’Doherty from limb to limb when we did no such thing.

Friday 9 February 2018

Sutton is the name, meddling is the game

1. Introduction

There’s only one certainty about Gemma O’Doherty’s article on the McCanns published on paper edition in the Village Magazine, on Saturday, Feb 3 2017, “Maddie: did the BBC bend the truth?” (published online today, Feb 9 at 14:17) and which is best expressed in a popular Portuguese expression: the mountain gave birth to a mouse [a montanha pariu um rato].

It was disheartening, that’s a fact.

Friday 26 January 2018

The reliability of the cadaver dogs

1. Introduction

We could start this post with saying that Insane is a sore loser. Or start by saying that he has been very helpful in finding the truth again just because he’s a sore loser.

We won’t do that as when writing this post we are expecting new readers as a result of Gemma O’Doherty’s article, which at the time of writing this, we know nothing about its real content yet.

However, judging by the way Gemma has publicised her article it leaves us with optimism, as all indicates that she’ll make a direct link between the McCanns and Maddie’s death.

That link, hopefully, will finally see the light of day in a public media outlet.

Gemma O'Doherty

We were not going to publish anything this week. Simply for personal reasons.

However, we could not let pass without giving an opinion, however short – and it will be very short – about Gemma O’Doherty’s investigation to be published in the Village Magazine later this month.

About the magazine we would like to highlight what a reader of ours has said about it:

Anonymous 10 Jan 2018, 16:39:00

I think it's important to point out that Village Magazine is a professionally printed magazine which is available in retail outlets, news-stands, etc. It has been around since 2004 and prides itself on investigative journalism. And attempts to sue it have been made on numerous occasions. Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Village_(magazine)

About the investigation itself we will say that we consider it an important event and will not say anything further so as not to influence it in any way.

We would like to make it very clear that we think that Gemma O’Doherty is an absolutely independent journalist – from what we have read about her, we think that is something she’s very proud of – so we are, again to be very clear, not implying she’s playing any game within the game.

We will just say she’s a mass of air about to flow through the board.

She can be from a gentle breeze that will simply refresh the pieces on the board to a full tornado that will throw them all about.

What sort of flux of air she will be, we will wait to see if it will be Hurricane Gemma or a passing breeze.

What we have seen is some quickly reaching for scarfs and coats. That, we must say, has pleased us.
