Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B’s hopes of early release could be dashed after rape probe court ruling

MADELEINE McCann suspect Christian B's hopes of an early release have been dashed by a European court, it has been reported.

German investigators believe the 43-year-old killed the British toddler after abducting her from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in May 2007.

2 messages: he did it and Maddie is dead.

There is no evidence linking him. The Germans have already assumed that (and to those saying that there is evidence but not enough of it, one, we haven’t seen any or any hint of any and two, legally under the principle of presumption of justice “not enough evidence” is to have no evidence) but the message is being hammered in.

They are really drying the glue that ties Brueckner to Maddie’s death.

We have asked before and we will ask again, what is the difference between this and a lynching? The absence of a tree and a rope?

This is what happens when the wrong man is accused.

    The actual perpetrator isn’t investigated.

This is not justice for the victim. This is simply not justice from any perspective.

Madeleine McCann suspect's rape appeal 'likely invalid'

    By Izzy Lyons
    6 August 2020 • 1:53 PM

The prime suspect in the Madeleine McCann case has been advised that his appeal against a rape conviction is invalid by a European Court of Justice official.

Christian Brückner was named as the lead suspect in the disappearance of three-year-old Madeleine, which the German authorities are treating as a murder investigation, in June.

The 43-year-old, currently in prison for a drugs offence, faced a further nine years behind bars after he was convicted in December of raping a 72-year-old American woman in Praia de Luiz in 2005, two years before Madeleine went missing in the same Portuguese village.

But his legal team last month argued that the conviction should be quashed because he was extradited from Italy on a drugs charges, not for rape.

According to EU law, people extradited by a member state through an arrest warrant may not be prosecuted for a previous crime "other than that which is the basis of the surrender".

On Thursday, an advocate general at the European Court advised that the appeal did not appear valid because Brückner left Germany voluntarily after his first extradition from Portugal, so Portuguese authorities have no role to play.

The decision, known as an "opinion" in the court, is not legally binding and is the penultimate step to a final judgment, which will be delivered by three more judges later this month.

If Brückner's rape conviction is ruled unlawful, he could be released in January 2021 when his drugs sentence expires.

At the hearing last month, lawyers on behalf of the German state argued that Brückner's legal argument was "devoid of sense".

"The suspect made the most of open European borders and now he wants us to read the law in such a way it gets turned on its head to give him an advantage in court," Felix Halabi told the court.

The court heard how Brückner left the country to travel to Italy via the Netherlands because he "wanted to go on holiday", his lawyer, Friedrich Fülscher, said.

When he arrived in Italy, he was subject to a European arrest warrant for drugs offences from 2011 but, upon returning to Germany, was put on trial for the rape. Mr Fülscher argued that this is “unconstitutional”.

  4. Viewing the documents in Sandra Felgueiras’ programme, she’s looking at official police files because names, dates and headers show this.

Christian Brueckner’s phone number is shown in these documents but it relates to an alleged crime he and Nicole Fehlinger were never charged with, after the Maddie case, in November 2007.

Nicole Fehlinger’s number shown in the video is not the mystery caller number.

Christian Brueckner’s number is not in the PJ files for the Maddie case.

It’s possible that German police have since tracked his calls back to 2007 but we assume they could only do that with permission from Portugal to access records. Even if they had, it would only give a general location.

It wouldn’t be a guarantee he was using the phone either.

Christian Brueckner wasn’t living in PdL in 2007. He lived there around 2004 to 2006. He was living in Foral.

Even if he drove back to PDL during that time, no witness has ever mentioned seeing that camper van.

Apart from the alleged phone calls, it’s all based on his history making him a possible suspect. It’s more than likely that any call in 2007 was Nicole Fehlinger as they were associated at that time.

There is no confession, no body, no forensics.

Unless he was called in by a mystery caller to help specifically related with the case, we see no connection to the Maddie case but if they charged him. Taking into account the police have made public appeals regarding the phone call and the callers, we would say that the participants, the motives and the content of the call, are all factually unknown.

It wouldn’t put an innocent man on remand in prison awaiting trial because he’s going to be in prison for some time in the rape case.

It’s not destroying an innocent person’s reputation in the same way a person with no criminal record would be destroyed, as the media have done that already.

It would give him the opportunity to challenge the charges levelled against him and could mean a lot of witnesses from 2007 could be required to give evidence.

The FSS reports could be used. The alerts from the dogs also. A 6ft man getting through a window with a child with no forensic traces...

It’s also possible that he could prove exactly where he was that evening.

To date, he hasn’t officially responded to allegations because he hasn’t been questioned. He has said that he has nothing to do with the Maddie case.

We have never said that we have information from any of the 3 ongoing investigations – important point, no longer 2 but 3 investigations as Germany has become a full player – and what we have listed is of public information.

Please watch Sandra Felgueiras’ programmes in June and July and freeze frame when you spot the documents she reveals.

Anyone who watched the TV programme could see the files. It’s not secret info.

Whatever information the files of the 3 investigations contain (Grange, PJ post reopening and BKA) they have to match with the public information we have listed above.

Paedophile prime suspect Christian Brueckner will NEVER face court over claims he killed Madeleine McCann, his lawyers insist

    By Clare Mccarthy For Mailonline

Christian Brueckner's lawyer claims that he is certain his client will not go on trial

Brueckner is prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, three

The 43-year-old is currently in prison in Kiel, Germany on a drugs charge

The lawyer for the prime suspect in the case of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann claims he is certain his client will never face trial.

Convicted German paedophile Christian Brueckner, 43, is currently in prison in Kiel, Germany on a drugs conviction and police are gathering evidence to charge him within the next two months.

Police leading the investigation have told the McCanns they have 'concrete evidence' that Madeleine is dead - the biggest break-through in the 13-year-old case.

However, Brueckner's lawyer Friedrich Fulscher has claimed that his client will never go on trial for for Madeleine McCann's disappearance and 'has nothing to hide'.

According to The Sun, Mr Fulscher said: 'Where is the evidence?

'Why has the prosecution not revealed it?

'There won't be a trial for my client for Madeleine McCann. I am certain.'

However, his lawyer Mr Fulscher said if the case ever did get to trial, Christian Brueckner would face the court 'serenely and calmly... he has nothing to hide'.

Brueckner is the prime suspect in the kidnap and murder of three-year-old Madeleine in 2007 while she was on holiday in Praia da Luz.

Police are adamant that the convicted German paedophile is the culprit and insist they have 'concrete evidence' Madeleine is dead.

Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters, who is leading the investigation, said he hoped to be able to charge Brueckner within the next two months.

In June, prosecutors said that they had mobile phone data which put Brueckner near the Ocean Club apartments in Praia da Luz on Portugal's Algarve - from where Madeleine, three, was taken in May, 2007.

The German drifter left Portugal shortly after Madeleine McCann disappeared in May 2007 and returned to Germany 'to start a new life', according to a friend.

He is serving a prison sentence in Germany for drug trafficking and is appealing against a conviction for raping of a 72-year-old American woman in the same Portuguese resort in 2005.

    1. His appeal was heard before this article. It was reported at least a month ago that Wolters was going to prosecute him within 2 months.

We don’t think we’ll hear much more until the 3 judges have upheld the ECJ preliminary opinion.

Meanwhile, there are 2 things that can be taken out of this circus: Brueckner has become Maddie’s Barkas and Germany can now meddle in the case.

Would any of you like to admit why you THINK you know otherwise? Go on, say it out loud, don't be scared to admit that you are merely repeating a rumour which, as it happens, was completely made up because this person was exposed as a fake, gaslighting, narcissistic individual.
I think it's time to stop laughing at your gullibility now and set the record straight. It has shown you all up as the imbeciles that you are.
As I said, please feel free to provide any proof that you cannot possibly have, to prove me wrong.

Madeleine McCann prime suspect to stay in jail as appeal decision 'already made'

EXCLUSIVE: Christian Brueckner is set to remain in prison as the European Court of Justice has decided his rape conviction was lawful, according to a German politician

    by Rob Hyde
    08:06, 10 Aug 2020Updated10:49, 10 Aug 2020

The European Court of Justice has already decided on a ruling meaning the Madeleine McCann prime suspect will not be released early from prison, a German politician has said.

Germany is treating the Maddie case as a murder investigation, with convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner, 43, the chief suspect.

Brueckner is currently in prison in the northern German city of Kiel for drugs offences.

Now, in an exclusive interview, Ulrich Watermann, 64, the parliamentary group's spokesman on domestic policy for the Social Party of Germany (SPD) in Lower Saxony, says the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has already made a decision which will ultimately keep Brueckner behind bars.

The Mirror previously reported on how the ECJ's Advocate General advised that Brueckner's seven-year sentence for rape should stand.

The Advocate General's recommendation is non-binding although it is usually a strong indication of a subsequent decision.

Watermann has now claimed the ECJ has followed the advice, with the official ruling set to be announced later this week.

Brueckner’s defence team has appealed a seven-year sentence he received for the rape of a 72-year-old American woman in 2005.

Watermann, however, says the ECJ has already decided that the rape conviction was lawful, meaning Brueckner will be kept in prison for seven years to serve this sentence.

“To the best of my knowledge the decision has already been made relating to a conviction of a rape of an American woman, and this was conviction was found to be in accordance with European law. Therefore, he [Brueckner] will remain in jail not only for the drugs, but also for the rape."

Lawyers defending Brueckner had appealed against the rape conviction which he was handed in December 2019 at the regional court of Braunschweig, Lower Saxony.

German police had extradited Brueckner to Germany via a European arrest warrant in 2017 in connection with an earlier sex offence against a minor.

His lawyers then claimed it was against the rules for German prosecutor to later try Brueckner for rape, as this was not the crime he was officially extradited for.

When the case was taken to the German supreme court, the Federal Court of Justice (BGH), the court decided to seek further clarification from the ECJ on the laws governing European arrest warrants.

Here Brueckner’s defence team had claimed the European arrest warrant’s "principle of speciality" protected a person being extradited one crime then having to stand trial for another.

Last week, however, a preliminary opinion by the ECJ’s advocate general, Michal Bobek, found that Brueckner had been lawfully tried for rape.

Bobek’s ruling is not binding, as the ECJ now has to officially announce its own ruling. But Ulrich Watermann says this has already been made behind closed doors.

He said this means the public prosecution office in Braunschweig, which is leading the Maddie investigation, no now longer needs to find a reason to keep Brueckner in prison.

“This means they can calmly continue the investigation, which has been started so intensively. I hope that the case will be solved so that Maddie’s parents can close a terrible chapter, but despite this the pain will remain.”

“I hope that there will also be a conviction, as a deterrent to prevent other such crimes from taking place.”

Lower Saxony and the neighbouring state of North-Rhine Westphalia both became the focus of recent media attention when German cyber police units uncovered large paedophile networks.

At the end of June, some 30,000 suspects were investigated in Bergisch Gladbach, and just weeks earlier 11 suspects had been arrested in Remscheid in connection with a nationwide child sex abuse ring.

Following the scandal in Bergisch Gladbach, the ministry of justice in North Rhine Westphalia said “"We want to drag perpetrators and supporters of child abuse out of the anonymity of the internet.” For Watermann, however, politicians need to go much further.

“There should be a thorough and intensive consultation on how we can find means to drain this swamp, to make it as difficult as possible, or to stop such violence against children being committed altogether.”

"We have to realize that - if we do not put child protection before data protection - we have no chance to investigate such cases.”

Meanwhile Watermann says the Maddie case has provided the impulse to push for a reform of Germany’s legal framework to fight child abuse on the internet.

He claims that the German constitution, written in 1949, must now be revised to reflect the digital age, and make the protection of children more important than data protection.

“The Maddie case has provided the impulse for a nationwide debate about rethinking our entire approach to protecting children. There have been various changes made to our laws already, including banning sex dolls – and I’m for all of this, but we cannot just have superficial soundbites, we need a deeper, more major, thorough reform, and we need to amend our constitution.”

“Today there is sometimes almost a lawless situation online whereby paedophiles thrive and hide online. This must change so that whatever you do online is punished as if it was offline.”

Germany has the strictest data protections regulations in the EU, and for years, in Germany, the individual’s right to have his or her data protected has widely been viewed as almost sacrosanct.

Much of this is a side-effect of having lived under two violently oppressive regimes. Under the Third Reich, the Nazi’s used intensive and horrific surveillance of the German population to identify and persecute Jews, gypsies, communists, homosexuals and other minorities.

After the defeat of Nazism in 1945, Germany made a concerted effort to limit the amount of personal data which authorities were allowed to gather, and develop laws around this.

The world’s very first data protection law was passed in 1970 in Hessen, part of the former West Germany. Just seven years later came the Federal Data Protection Act, which aimed to protect West German citizens against abuse in the “storage, transmission, modification and deletion” of private data.

Most significant, however, was the 1983 Census Verdict, which ruled that individual’s in West Germany should have the right to decide when, and how much of their information is published online.

This landmark ruling went on to form the basis of the EU’s stance on data protection.

When the Berlin Wall fell and communist regime of the German Democratic Republic (GDR) collapsed, its former citizens were also eager to embrace this legislation, having also suffered brutal state surveillance under the hated secret police, the Stasi.

For Ulrich Watermann, however, Germany’s reverence for data protection laws is now working against Germany society when it comes to protecting children online.

    (Cont)

  10. (Cont)

“Data protection is very important but it has also become our Achille’s heel in Germany. We now need to rethink this totally. We must put child protection before data protection. Police need more extensive cyber powers to investigate paedophiles who hide and thrive online.”

“We also need to do embrace more video surveillance, even if it is unpopular here. We also need to train teachers and social workers more in how to identify tell-tale signs of abuse.”

“But it is not just authorities which need to have a major rethink. Our whole society needs to be more inclined to go to the authorities and report their fears if they think that something is not right and that abuse of children is taking place. “

    1. The German politics has now got itself involved in the case.

“I hope there will be a conviction” says the German politician.

Shouldn’t that be “I hope he is brought to trial if the prosecutor had any evidence against him”?

Remember when Whitehall got itself involved directly in the investigation? That it only continued to fund Grange because the Met had THEN the key to solve the mystery?

That key couldn’t have been Brueckner because the British have been completely by surprise by this German suspect…

Please do note the tone around paedophilia in a Maddie related article. It all seems that it is a given that Brueckner did it – without there being presented any evidence to sustain such a serious accusation – and that he had paedophiliac motives based, apparently, on the rape of a septuagenarian.

    2. A couple of things imo stand out,Watermann mentions in the Mccann case about child abuse on the net,his he implying the supposed evidence points to Madeleine being identified through some image on the net? He then further alongs goes on about data protection being a block to protection of children online. His he hinting at that they cannot put anything to their suspect because their collection of an hypothetical image was not down legally, was their suspect charged with any thing regarding the supposed images found when they discovered memory sticks/cards under a dogs carcass? something is not adding up here.

Yes I do, Tex. Wouldn't expect anything else from someone who uses a name like YurahQunt. Their username tells us all we need to know about them. Using something loosely Arabic to make up a 'funny' name is racism at some of its worst, and ridicules the names of people not of YurahQunt's own race. It's not clever, and they may as well use a name like 'Abdab' and have done with it.

The gang warn people to keep YurahQunt at arm's length, and not to get too friendly or involved with them. The price Elaine paid for ignoring the warning was expected, but upsetting for her and other people who saw YurahQunt losing their rag that day and calling Elaine the name of a sex toy. Not least because YurahQunt knew Elaine and yourself were being put through the mangle on a daily basis by the gang, and Elaine had made it clear she had enough trust issues with people she had previously been befriended by on the McCann tag. Sometimes, a nasty episode like this could be the last straw, but selfish people like YurahQunt have no conscience for the welfare of the people they are harming.

Most people we know gave up on YurahQunt a long time ago, when they found out how two faced they were with Jo Morais and a few other people on the tag. Best ignored completely, though Jules pretends to have a spot for them, as she does for the person running the AlgarvePost account.

If the penny hasn't dropped yet (as Jules would say) the tweet below regarding who knew YurahQunt's ID, and who could have been doxxing who, makes it clear that some people are as thick as thieves, and people should be wary of them. Erica Jane should have wised up by now, and be able to vouch for this. If she hasn't, it will only be a matter of time. How else could everyone know about her most intimate life? Her personal matters didn't remain private. None of the gang can keep their traps shut, and they blab to each other about every minion's traumatic experiences, and have a laugh about it afterwards amongst themselves. 13. The McCann hashtag on Twitter is still full of ill-informed sheep, many of whom are shouting out the same old rubbish that ironically the media have pummelled into their brains for over 13 years.

Each and every one of the *objective collective thinkers* have bought into the official script in one way or another, no wonder the corrupt lying cops get away with what they do, if they are amongst the best M.B.M. and justice for all has to offer, god help us all. And just out of interest, what happened to Wolters and his concrete evidence? I'm somehow guessing there's none in Germany, and never was.

  14. Well, according to The Sun, Wolters, CB, German territory and the concrete whatever it was, evidence I guess, are back on. The hide-and-seek soap opera continues, how very rare and original of them! Hans Christian Dreamboat will prove nothing, at best he might make a few bucks but he won't find Madeleine thousands of miles away.

It's distraction from the known [not by Wolters], hidden 'really well' elusive - to some, location. Looking for Madeleine? Permissible. Finding Madeleine? No, sorry, that is not allowed.

    Stay tuned and question nothing.

Madeleine McCann: Suspect Christian B's lawyer says main witness against him is not reliable

A German prosecutor says he believes that Christian B, who cannot be fully identified, abducted and killed Madeleine.

    Martin Brunt
    Crime correspondent @skymartinbrunt
    Thursday 13 August 2020 20:33, UK

The lawyer for the suspect in the Madeleine McCann case believes the main witness against him is a criminal who swapped information for police favours.

Friedrich Fulscher said the informant who claimed suspect Christian B confessed his guilt to him may have done so purely to get help.

The witness is thought to have told detectives that Christian B, a German drifter, told him in a bar that he knew what had happened to Madeleine, who vanished from a Portuguese holiday apartment in 2007.

Mr Fulscher believes the informant may later, in return, have got early release from a sentence he was serving in a foreign country.

Mr Fulscher told Sky News: "If this is the same person, I think it's the worst witness you can get. A human who has spent his whole life cheating people for his own benefit is never a reliable witness."

Christian B, who cannot be fully identified under German privacy law, is the target of a German prosecutor who has said he believes he abducted and killed Madeleine, but he has not got enough evidence to charge him.

The prosecutor, Hans Christian Wolters, said this week he would not let the investigation drift on and would announce any decision to drop it.

Mr Fulscher said such a development would be too late to restore Christian B's reputation, as many people would always consider him responsible for Madeleine's disappearance.

He said: "If you pee in the same place long enough it will stink. And that's definitely what's happening in the Christian B case. He won't be able to lead a normal life at any point, without being recognised and facing hostility.

"A prosecutor who goes public (during an investigation) knows that. He can destroy a reputation and it was taken very lightly in this case."

Christian B, 43, has previous convictions for rape, child sex offences, theft and dishonesty - a variety of offences committed in Germany and Portugal as he flitted between the two countries.

Mr Fulscher said: "Of course, he is no 'innocent lamb', he has made many mistakes in his past which have been punished by the law - and that is completely right.

"It is a basic principle of our system that someone who has served his sentence can claim his right to be part of society again.

"I don't think he is someone who has done everything right in his life, but that doesn't mean that you can suddenly condemn him for things he hasn't done."

Christian B is in jail in Kiel, northern Germany, serving sentences for rape, which he is appealing, and drug trafficking.

His lawyer, speaking in his office almost two miles from the prison, said: "He is isolated 23 hours a day in a 7sqm cell. He is allowed out to exercise for one hour a day.

"That is because a prisoner accused of these kind of crimes, and who is known in the jail, is in danger of being attacked by other inmates.

"In the time since I am his lawyer, I have noticed that he has getting slimmer because of the lack of movement."

Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said this week he was still looking for vital evidence against Christian B, but has not questioned his suspect.

    1. Really?? They discovered that that his old friend and cell -mate was unreliable??

What next will they discover? That Jules has no photos of the BRT?

It was obvious that the “rat” traded false information for a deal with law enforcement.

The case against Brueckner, as far as we have been told is based solely on an alleged a phone call. A single phone call – if we recall correctly with the duration of half an hour pre alleged abduction.

We are assuming that the link established between that phone call and Brueckner was established by this now unreliable witness.

Let’s quote again this passage from the article that is VERY relevant:

“Mr Fulscher said such a development would be too late to restore Christian B's reputation, as many people would always consider him responsible for Madeleine's disappearance.
He said: "If you pee in the same place long enough it will stink. And that's definitely what's happening in the Christian B case. He won't be able to lead a normal life at any point, without being recognised and facing hostility.

As we have stated previously, Brueckner will forever be Maddie’s Barkas.

Or, due to the greater and way more persistent media slandering against him, to those who still remember him, Barkas will be Ben Needham’s Brueckner because Brueckner will be way more memorable.

Witness against Madeleine McCann prime suspect 'is crook seeking favours'

The lawyer for Christia Brueckner has claimed the man pointing the finger at his client over the 2007 abduction of Madeleine McCann from her Portugal holiday apartment

      by Lucy Thornton
      18:29, 13 Aug 2020Updated21:25, 13 Aug 2020

The lawyer for the Madeleine McCann prime suspect claims the main witness against Christian Brueckner is a crook seeking police favours.

He insists the man pointing the finger at his jailed client is unreliable.

German prosecutors have claimed Brueckner, 43, who is a convicted rapist and paedophile, is their prime suspect for Madeleine’s disappearance.

The three year old girl was abducted from her holiday apartment in Portugal in 2007.

Last month search teams in Germany spent two days digging up his former garden allotment near Hanover.

The prosecutors have said they believe Madeleine is dead but don’t have enough evidence to charge Brueckner.

But his lawyer, Friedrich Fulscher, believes the informant who claims Brueckner confessed his guilt to him in a bar, may have done so purely to get help from detectives.

The witness is thought to have told detectives that the German drifter, that he knew what had happened to Madeleine.

Mr Fulscher believes the informant may later, in return, have got early release from a sentence he was serving in a foreign country.

Mr Fulscher told Martin Brunt from Sky News: “If this is the same person, I think it’s the worst witness you can get.

“A human who has spent his whole life cheating people for his own benefit is never a reliable witness.”

Brueckner, serving time for drug offences, is currently being held in isolation in prison amid fears he could be targeted by other inmates.

The prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said this week that he would not let the investigation drift on and would announce any decision to drop it.

But Mr Fulscher said such a development would be too late for his client’s reputation.

He said many people would always blame him for Madeleine’s disappearance.

He said: “If you pee in the same place long enough it will stink. And that’s definitely what’s happening in the Christian B case.

“He won’t be able to lead a normal life at any point, without being recognised and facing hostility.

“A prosecutor who goes public (during an investigation) knows that. He can destroy a reputation and it was taken very lightly in this case.”

Brueckner was flagged up as a potential suspect as early as 2013 but nothing came of it.

Four years later in 2017, he emerged as the main suspect when an informant told police that he’d confessed his involvement during a chat in a bar.

But the lawyer claims he revealed the alleged confession because he needed help himself from detectives.

Mr Fulscher also said that just because Christian B’s phone was logged at the Ocean Club apartments where Madeleine was taken didn’t mean he was responsible.

He admits he is “no innocent lamb” but he has served his punishment and deserves to have a chance to be “part of society again”.

Brueckner is currently in jail in Kiel and is eligible for parole after serving 14 months of a 21 month sentence for drug trafficking.

His lawyer Friedrich Fulscher has filed a request with authorities demanding his release.

His lawyer said: “He is 23 hours a day, isolated in a seven square metre cell. “

He said that he is segregated because he is in danger of being attacked, physically and verbally, by fellow inmates.

“Anyway it is very hard to be in a cell seven days a week, 23 hours a day, without having a chance to do some sports or something similar.

“In the time since I am his lawyer I have noticed that he has getting slimmer because of the lack of movement.“

He has taken his client’s battle to overturn his rape conviction to the European court who last week initially sided against him.

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) had been told that Germany did not follow the correct procedures when extraditing Brueckner from Italy.

Brueckner was extradited to Germany from Italy in 2018 under an arrest warrant that cited a drugs conviction but was subsequently convicted and sentenced for the 2005 rape of a 72-year-old American woman in Portugal.

    5. Whatever kind of reportage is brought to us courtesy of Brunt, his journo mate that looks like a throwback hippy come tragic hipster that's just been beamed in from another time and another dimension (can't remember his name).

And then of course, good old Sky News, that the shrewd one has seemingly washed his hands of, at least directly, one might say.

      Smart move! ;-)

The same old clowns though, have been doing this manipulative, geographically false and patsy finger-pointing silliness for more than a dozen years, and it's all BS. The German branch of the drama is especially that, as we all know very well that Madeleine was never there.

Not much is impossible anymore, but that is. Madeleine couldn't possibly have been there, or anywhere near Germany for that matter.

      IMPOSSIBLE.

What is in it for Wolters? Just putting the question out there.

This case is oh so much about Madeleine and the McCanns, but who really hit the jackpot? Millions don't count, mere chickenfeed in the circles they operate.

Look beyond the facade, and be aware that Brunt KNOWS, he jolly well knows, and has known for longer than you or I, (allegedly).

The last word is out of respect to the blog.

    2. Anon @ 8:33, not to sound rude or anything, it's just that Wolters didn't become a German prosecutor because of zero experience and because he had the IQ of a pan-fried bratwurst. If Wolters has been seduced by anyone, it's not a transparently unreliable witness IMO.

Wolter's was introduced to the Madeleine enrichment (for some) scheme by none other than Sky News and a couple of their flawed, unbalanced, underhanded, puppets.

First for breaking news, but why?

No, it was not fatigue. The reason we censored your comment was because we have had comments from what we believe to be same poster, trying to introduce 2 topics which we completely refuse to debate in the blog:
      - that Maddie never came to Portugal, was killed in the UK;
      - that Brenda Leyland never existed, the woman we’ve seen is just an actress.

As commenters usually do not sign off comments with their name and surname, when we read “Brenda H. Lancaster” we thought that were before some kind of encrypted message about Brenda Leyland being introduced in the blog.

Thank you for clarifying that it was not the case, hoping you understand.

This is the organisation Nicole F was working for, when she was in a relationship with CB. He was even reported as searching for one of the girls when she ran away.

We think the German authorities should asked why seemingly unqualified and unsuitable people were left in charge of vulnerable young girls, rather that trying to make a patsy of someone who was involved with this outfit and why it was set up in Portugal without authority.

    ReplyDelete
  20. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/madeleine-mccann-suspect-christian-brueckner-22531130.amp

The Mirror headline about Brueckner being jailed for abusing his ex’s 5 year old daughter places the event in a public park in 2013 when Brueckner was living in Braunschweig.

Brueckner was in Germany in 2013 but the press don’t provide any evidence that the abuse took place in 2013 and nor do they provide evidence it happened in Germany.

The article says he had split from the girl’s mother when detectives found photos. The police tracked her down to another part of Germany. Brueckner had fled to Portugal but was extradited to Germany and was jailed for 15 months in 2017.

However, consider what the ECJ published on the website, having passed a preliminary opinion on extradition proceedings against Brueckner, which he was contesting, delivered on August 6th.

This is a summary in our own words of what was said about the events which led to a sentence of 1 year and 3 months, consistent with the sentence reported by the Mirror: on 23 of August 2016, the public prosecutor’s office in Hanover issued a European arrest warrant for the sexual abuse of minors in PORTUGAL. The Evora court in Portugal authorised the surrender of the accused to the German judicial authorities and he was handed over to Germany on June 22, 2017.

He served a term of imprisonment for 1 year and 3 months.

It seems to us that the offences (plural) were not committed in Germany. There is nothing in the ECJ document to confirm that the offences occurred in 2013.

In “Sexta às 9” programme presented by Sandra Felgueiras, brief screenshots of the court of Evora documents can be seen. As far as we can determine, they relate to the organisation Nicole F, Brueckner’s former girlfriend, worked for. It was called IAPRS.

    https://www.publico.pt/2011/01/29/jornal/associacao-acusada-de-nao-prestar-bons-cuidados-critica-autoridades-portuguesas-21161616

There were concerns about the welfare of young girls who had been sent to this institution from Germany for some sort of rehabilitation programme, unknown to the Portuguese authorities.

Brueckner was said to have been involved in a search for one of the girls when she went missing.

This makes us question whether the offences for which Brueckner was extradited from Portugal to Germany relate to this institution, whether the 5 year old girl referred to was Nicole’s daughter J and if the public park was in Portugal, not Germany.

If this is the case, then the German authorities would have a lot to answer for in sending these vulnerable young teenagers to an institution that wasn’t formally registered in Portugal, run by some people with dubious qualifications and reputations.

Is linking Brueckner to the Maddie case a huge distraction from what could be a public scandal for Germany?

How lucky was the Portuguese investigation for those two experts to slip through the cracks? Those two heroes and the specially trained dogs, trained by Mark and Martin, showed us exactly where to look.

And therefore one must agree, definitely not a German garden. Too many thousands of miles away from the concrete proof; I'm sure if given the opportunity, Portugal will attest to that.

The Ponce of Dubai and Sid told the truth about KLS getting a PIN etc, but they are lying about Elaine being made bankrupt and having criminal convictions. KLS must be in denial about who supplied information about herself to get her into court last time if she can go along with the gang’s lies about Elaine without question. Maybe it is because it is convenient for her to use their lies about Elaine to deflect attention about herself and her criminal past.

The gang knows KLS won't be goaded into mentioning the man who took her to court, but they still want her to end up in the same place as the other Karen. Her assistance in their vendettas against Elaine may see her end up there. Bad enough for her grandchildren to have a granny called Karen, without her behaving like one.

They were interviewed by Kent Police some months later. We think Metodo 3 were also involved.

We would be very pleased if he’s charged with abduction as it would be an opportunity to clear up all inconsistencies and contradictions.

In fact when are they going to prosecute him or are they just going to make him the patsy for many years to come?

This story started in June. It’s being dragged out from hibernation.

These e-fits look nothing like CB.

In our opinion, the reason the German prosecutor hadn’t even interviewed him when he declared Brueckner was the abductor, is because his lawyer would then ask to see the details of the accusations against his client...

Ask about the details of the alleged phone call in PdL, about the reasons behind the naming of the various people named as the mystery caller, about the statements of the witnesses against him...

When a story is very badly told and it’s evident that it doesn’t hold in any way, the Portuguese say it’s something glued together with spit. In this story not even that was used.

Never expected for us to agree with BRC but we do with what she says above. In fact it is what we have been saying for years.

We have given our opinion about what “lifestyle” is being protected: swinging. Not only the McCann’s “lifestyle” but that of many others (some very, very important people) who were present in Luz.

Now, we will wait for BRC to explain what she means by “lifestyle”. It has to be a “lifestyle” that involves a protection involving the Tapas friends, that involves many witnesses who lied for them and that justifies the deciding and decisive engagement of the entire UK establishment.

    1. Reading more, I think the blond man may be the German friend who CB asked in 2006, to remove incriminating evidence from his place in PdL. The Austrian guy, Michael Tatschl, who told the police this story was in prison with CB at this time.
He said a German friend of CB removed it and showed it to him.

My guess is the recently introduced name of Herman S is the same man who allegedly removed the items and kept them.
I don’t think this story can go any further without implicating Murat, because of the Jensen sisters mentioning seeing both the 2 blond men and RM.
If their word is accepted about one sighting, it has to be accepted about both.

Just a little reminder, whatever happened within that extended group of 'holidaymakers' that 'one' off-season week in April 2007 is highly unlikely to have been a bolt from the blue one-off experience that no-one ever thought 'let's try this before.' Therefore, history has to have some relevance, surely?

One coincidence, two coincidences? Any more than that, and it's not coincidence according to Kate's lawyer. My most overriding curiosity about the allegedly disparate group is did any of them know one another prior to the grand event?

Gamble and Mitch started their respective positions two days apart just one year prior. Two coincidences, one on the 24th April 2006 and the other on the 26th April 2006.

Two coincidences! Is there a third? Who were all those guests....really? And, did any one of them know any of the others prior to the shindig?

We need to expand our vision, I learned that from a quasi journalistic nonentity that has its feet permanently straddled across two rivers.

German ‘prime suspect’ in Maddie McCann case Christian Brueckner is INNOCENT, says Portuguese police

    by souhaib
    June 7, 2020 in Trending

Christian Brueckner, who German police believe killed Madeleine McCann, was not involved in her disappearance, it was claimed by a senior Portuguese police official.

The statement was made to a respected Spanish newspaper by an unnamed Portuguese police chief.

The officer, described as a former Policia Judiciaria chief with in-depth knowledge of the Madeleine McCann probe who still works for the force, told ABC: ‘There’s no evidence Christian Brueckner is involved in her disappearance.

Christian Brueckner (pictured), who German police believe killed Madeleine McCann, was not involved in her disappearance, it was claimed by a senior Portuguese police official

‘Strong enough reasons to be able to charge him were never found.

‘People talk about surprises in the Madeleine McCann case with the capture of this German man, but for me it’s no surprise.

‘This individual was already investigated around four years ago.’

Insisting the aim of German police revelations about the man, now identified as the prime Madeleine McCann suspect, was simply to put the case back into the public eye, ABC quoted the veteran PJ boss as saying: ‘At this stage of the investigation, I think they’ve done it because they think it’s needed to shake up the case and attract new witnesses.

‘They work very closely with Portugal and now they’ve wanted to turn this case around.

‘They’re not looking to solve it now, because that’s very difficult. What they’re looking to do is agitate the waters.’

It is the first time any high-ranking Portuguese police officer has been publicly quoted as saying he does not believe Brueckner is regarded as a genuine Madeleine McCann suspect, even though he appeared to hide behind the cloak of anonymity for the interview.

The unnamed Portuguese police chief, who still works for the force, said there is ‘no evidence’ Christian Brueckner was involved in the Madeleine McCann (pictured) case and was investigated four years ago

The PJ has released only one written statement since the new Met Police Madeleine McCann appeal on Wednesday and subsequent German police comments about the new suspect.

It said hours after photos of the camper van and Jaguar car Brueckner used on the Algarve were published: ‘The PJ confirms that as part of the investigation into the disappearance of a British child in the Algarve in 2007, measures are still being taken to clarify completely the situation.

‘Through close coordination with the German authorities (BKA) and the Metropolitan Police, through the sharing of information and the undertaking of formal investigative and expert work, in Portugal and abroad, material was collected that indicates the possible involvement of a German national in the disappearance of the child.

‘The suspect in question, who is 43 and has a criminal record, lived in Portugal between 1996 and 2007 and is currently serving a prison sentence in Germany.

    (Cont)

  34. (Cont)

‘The family of the missing child has been informed of these developments by the British authorities.

    ‘The investigation continues.’

On Friday the PJ deputy director gave an interview to Portuguese news agency Lusa, but used it to hit back at criticism over the way Brueckner slipped through their net.

Christian Brueckner is currently in prison (pictured) in Kiel, northern Germany, for a drugs offence

Carlos Farinha insisted the German’s name was one of those passed on to British police in case files in 2012 – and said Scotland Yard had never asked the PJ to take a closer look at him.

Responding to reports Breuckner only became a serious suspect a decade after Madeleine’s May 3 2007 disappearance following a bar admission to a drinking pal, Mr Farinha said: ‘If the suspicions about this man were so obvious, he would have been the subject of requests made by the British, which were always authorised by Portugal, but those requests about him were never made.

He added in his interview with Lusa: ‘If the PJ is being accused of giving Brueckner a lack of priority, the same could be said of the Metropolitan Police.

‘In theory everything could have been different but in 2007 and in 2012 we didn’t known what we knew in 2017.’

He also described this week’s fresh appeal as an initiative of the German police, who were ‘convinced it could lead to additional information coming in from the Germany community.’

But appearing to hint that the evidence the three police forces have at the moment may not be enough to bring charges and a successful prosecution, he was quoted as saying: ‘Suspicions about the German national have grown but unfortunately they are not enough to make him an arguido and formally accuse him.’

The interview ABC carried with the unnamed PJ officer was written by the paper’s Lisbon correspondent.

      “you've accused of swinging”

So now accusing someone of swinging merits an apology? Why? Aren’t you people the ones saying that because it’s legal no one raises an eyebrow about it?

According to you, it’s irrelevant if one’s doctor, one’s butcher, one’s priest, all of one’s neighbours, the teacher’s of one’s children know that one meets up with strangers for sex, so what do we have to apologise for?

If you are going to say you meant the apology is due only for “covering up the death of Madeleine” the why did you include swinging?

In fact, with your words, you have put in the same level of being censored swinging and covering-up the death and body of a little girl, a comparison with which we fully disagree.

One, the covering-up, is criminal while the other, swinging, is something legal and consensual, just frowned upon by a society that is very hypocrite.

Numerous laws have been broken, much carnage has been left in their wake and reason has left the building. Hence there's only one avenue left to take, some of them will have no choice but to be summoned to the dock, watch them lose spectacularly.

The absolute concrete evidence will prove without question that all of them lied and that every one of the deceivers KNEW all along where Madeleine had been hidden 'really well.'

Germany is meaningless, Rothley is not. And never has been. They had a choice whereby they could have righted the wrongs, however, they chose not to.

That's not our fault, it's theirs. What is wrong with them? Do they lack basic common sense and therefore have to learn all of life's most valuable lessons the hard way?

The way in which the conceited mob is behaving makes them look clumsy and is actually beginning to also make them look quite STUPID as well.

Interesting comment about 2005/6, which says 3 Eastern Europeans imprisoned for robberies.

Without knowing where the 25 robberies took place and when, we don’t know if any arrests were made subsequently. They can’t be attributed to Brueckner by a process of speculation.

The ECJ listings up to October 2nd do not include the Brueckner case, so this process of simmering the interest in the case is likely to continue until the final judgement is issued by the ECJ.

After this point, we will see if he will be (or not) charged with offences related to the Maddie case.

We would REALLY like to see him charged and the whole case against him aired in open court, but it seems unlikely this is ever going to happen

This illustrates the dangers of publicising allegations against Brueckner.

Even if he was the man on the beach, the fact that the girl couldn’t identify Brueckner before this publicity means her current - alleged-identification of Brueckner would be taken apart by a defence lawyer, who could argue she had been influenced by media coverage.

Note that her alleged identification of Brueckner isn’t stated by Wolters. It seems to be an assumption made by the press.

    1. Wolters looks like a boy being questioned about some misdeed by his mother. Felgueiras insists on pinning her colours to the demonise-Brueckner mast by continuing to flog this dead horse.

Wolters contradicts what he said about Maddie where he said suspect not allowed to know what police knows before they are charged, this is what he said in June:
      http://textusa.blogspot.com/2020/06/christian-wolter-sexta-as-9-june-19-2007.html

“SF: Why haven’t you interrogated Christian Brueckner till now?
CW [subtitled]: The suspect’s interrogation in Germany happens usually at the end of the investigation and this has to do with the following... In the interrogation, we have to accuse the suspect of something. We have to tell him what we know to see how he reacts. And this only makes sense if we do not disclose to the public, nor to the media, nor to the suspect the concrete evidence we have.”

His lawyer has the file on this German girl case but he hasn’t been given anything about the Maddie case. Wolters says because this is because cases are not linked. So what?

If the above is correct, the no information about this latest case should have been given to the lawyer but it has. Why?

Wolters doesn't know if the victim was a tourist or resident?? Really? Knows it was allegedly on a beach and knows it was allegedly a crime of exhibition and doesn’t know if the girl was a tourist or resident?

If one links this to the other exhibitionist act he’s also said to have committed, there seems to be a pattern: exhibitionism.

Is it really a believable story to say that an exhibitionist would get a phone call so that he can enter an apartment to masturbate in front of a sleeping girl?

And how does that fit in with being accused of raping an elderly woman?

They really don’t want his lawyer to have access to the information regarding Maddie, or the most likely lack of it.

  47. Wolters has suddenly become subdued.

After giving the world all the details of suspicions against Brueckner in the Maddie case, he can’t say more in this case.

The press say the girl has now identified Brueckner. This is not what Wolters is saying.

He appears not to know all the details of the German police investigation himself.

He thinks the girl was a tourist but doesn’t confirm she was.

He does confirm the girl wasn’t Nicole F’s daughter.

Sandra Felgueiras seems more like the headmistress cross-examining her errant pupil. She doesn’t seem happy with the answers.

  48. My opinion is that the German authorities are going to pursue possible cases of abuse and rape against CB but are not pursuing the M case. That’s why Wolters is now claiming there is no connection with the M case and the case of the 10 year old German girl.
An Irish woman called Hazel Behan, who was raped in Portugal in 2004 came forward on an Irish TV programme some years ago. Her case is now being investigated in relation to CB.Her archived case was shown on Sandra Fuelgeiras’ programme.
Maybe that’s why Wolters was looking so uncomfortable when being interrogated by Sandra? He knows the case against CB’s involvement in the M case is unlikely to be pursued.

Lawyer for German sex offender suspected of abducting Madeleine McCann counters latest 10-year-old claim
    By Natasha Donn

The lawyer for German sex offender Christian Brückner has said it is impossible to take the latest 10-year-old claim against his client seriously.

A German woman, now 23, claims she ‘recognised’ Brückner from TV footage as the man who exposed himself to her on Salema beach in April 2007

German prosecutors – who insist Brückner abducted Madeleine McCann the following month (click here) – say they have reopened the woman’s case file.

But defence lawyer Friedrich Fülscher who has already said that the German police’s case against Brückner is built “from the worst witness you can get” (click here) continues to insist his client is being used as a scapegoat for ‘practically every sex crime that remains unsolved’.

Talking to Portuguese reporters for RTP in English, the partner in Pötzl, Langenburg and Fülscher law firm said it would be “very difficult” for a 10-year-old girl to be able to remember the face of someone after such a long time.

Clearly English is not his favourite language, but what he was inferring was that the memory of a face seen only once by a child would be very difficult to survive 13 years into adulthood – particularly as the child-now-young-woman saw police photographs at the time (presumably of Brückner) which she did not identify.

This latest story however is being repeated by the international mainstream while Brückner himself remains oblivious to it, says Fülscher, as he (Fülscher) hasn’t had time to update his client who is shut off from the news while he serves out time for other offences in Kiel jail.

Madeleine McCann prosecutors say there will be no major progress before next year in Christian B probe

    Nick Pisa
    Braunsweig, Germany
    12 Sep 2020, 22:15

PROSECUTORS admit there will be no major progress before next year in their probe into Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B.

Convicted paedophile Christian B, 43, was identified by German officials in June as the man responsible for the British girl’s disappearance 13 years ago.

Lead prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters has now told The Sun on Sunday: “No new announcements will be made until the end of 2020.

“There is nothing more we can say for the time being and I cannot go into specific details.

“We have received many tips from Germany and Britain and around the world and we are working through them. That is all I can say.”

Prosecutors are talking to another new witness — who was in jail near Hanover with Christian B while he was on remand for rape in 2018.

He is the fourth witness to come forward. The Sun named the original informant as Helge Busching on Friday.

German prosecutors said they had “concrete evidence” Madeleine was dead but have not given further details.

Searches have been carried out in Germany and in Portugal — where Madeleine vanished — since Christian B was identified as a suspect but no news has been released of any findings.

Christian B’s lawyer Friedrich ¬Fulscher was in Portugal last week looking for witnesses he believes can clear his client of links to Madeleine, we can also reveal.

He met Portuguese former police chief Goncalo Amaral who led the hunt for Madeleine, then three, when she vanished in Praia da Luz.

He held her parents, Kate and Gerry, of Rothley, Leicestershire, as suspects.

Christian B is in jail serving 21 months for drug offences.

    Obviously to be highlighted:

“He met Portuguese former police chief Goncalo Amaral who led the hunt for Madeleine, then three, when she vanished in Praia da Luz.”

It relates to Helge B, former friend of CB.

    Google translate:

“the specific German had been imprisoned on April 9, 2015 in Chania..... the 50 year old man was released from the jail of Chania in the summer of 2017 and immediately seems to have met in our country with a member of the British Police.

The 50-year-old man was reportedly in Portugal in May 2007 and was in the immediate vicinity of the place where Madeleine disappeared. In fact, even then he had contacted the local police without his complaints being taken seriously, as was the case with other similar information that has now been reassessed.

The 50-year-old lived in Lamia for some time after his release and continued to have contact with the English Police. A few months later, he appeared in a Corfu court for the illegal immigrant smuggling case and then allegedly left Greece in an unknown direction.”

    *****

He seems to have used a mobile phone belonging to a Bulgarian woman called Kameliya A., who was living in Athens.

It shows OG started this hunt for Brueckner as the suspect.

That it wasn’t an informant to the German crime programme who started this, as we have been told.

Possibly German deciders knew about this Greek involvement by OG and Wolters saw the chance to make a name for himself and jumped head in first, thinking he would be the one taking the case over. Making a fool of himself in the process.

When Cressida Dick was interviewed for the ITV documentary about CB, she was gulping and blinking and seemed very uncomfortable about questions being put to her about CB.

    She wouldn’t confirm anything.

We think that OG are not happy about what the Germans have done. Maybe that was the objective from the German deciders?

There is nowhere for OG to go since the characters involved in this story are now public knowledge.

"A [sic] reporter Sandra Felgueiras traveled to Germany looking for the key pieces to close the complex Madeleine McCann case.

The Braunschweig prosecutor investigating this crime confirmed to RTP that he has "material evidence" that a child is dead and that she has died in Portugal. It clears the McCanns and disqualifies the investigation conducted by Gonçalo Amaral, guaranteeing that the German justice system "would never have publicly presented Bruckner as a suspect based on assumptions".

In this investigation, Sandra Felgueiras discovers more failures of the Portuguese justice, tied hands and feet with crimes committed by Bruckner [sic] in the Algarve, which have already prescribed, and which Germany now wants to take to court. Crimes that show that for 22 years the national authorities were unable to intercept this registered paedophile and rapist. The last sexual abuse of a German child, for which he is being investigated in Germany, took place in Salema beach, in April 2007. GNR archived the case in 24 hours.

"How did Portugal let a pedophile escape for two decades without ever investigating him?", asks the reporter this “Sexta às 9”, on September 18, on RTP1."

  59. Just watched the sh*thower that was the Sexta às 9 programme.

It has this pearl: Brueckner was a pervert because he wanted the woman to do oral sex. She vomited and he said, look at the rug!

All women who have ever practiced oral sex, be shamed!

After being asked what was said above, SF asks Wolters which evidence he has and he replies: I cannot confirm or deny!!! Where is the material proof then??

And again, the Germans ONLY BELIEVE that he used that phone that is supposed to prove all.

SF asks directly Wolters if he thinks that the McCanns are involved. He says, absolutely not.

Asked what he thinks about the fact that Amaral keeps saying that Brueckner is a fantasy – a patsy – he says he cannot give an opinion about the work of the Portuguese police.

SF says that ironically Brueckner’s fate resides with the Portuguese police, depending on what it will investigate regarding ALL OTHER alleged victims in Portugal. Really? What is the link of public exhibition to do with abduction and murder as is supposed to be the Maddie case? If they don’t investigate these ALLEGED crimes, then Brueckner will go free regarding Maddie? Where is the material evidence about Maddie then??

The big news? That Brueckner fixed his teeth! Wow, a breakthrough in the case! Bring on the handcuffs!!

There is one MO similar between the Maddie case and the public exhibition ones: both were archived 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

SF got Brueckner’s lawyer to say that he MAY have committed burglary, namely with his then girlfriend Nicole F, stealing 1,000€ from an apartment in Albufeira. We would like to know what was taken from apartment 5A…

Wolters says that in relation to the Maddie case, Nicole F is not a suspect and he believes that Brueckner acted ALONE.

And Wolters is VERY CLEAR: the evidence they have against Brueckner is not enough to charge him!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Where is the absolutely irrefutable material evidence???

Again, SF not only named and she showed the face of the alleged victim of rape. Disgusting and disrespectful. She even that this sentence has not transited in judgement yet.

Then, even though Wolters says that according to what he believes Nicole F was not involved, in the Maddie case, SF has decided she is because she sold yachts and the biggest customers were Russians!

But that, apparently, is for next week!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    2. The blog wants to make something very clear, and that is about the “oral sex” story in last night’s Felgueiras’ sh*tshow.

From what I understood, there was a certain implication to have been that she was pressurised by Brueckner into doing something he knew she disliked.

It wasn’t said that she had no choice. If the woman had been forced by Brueckner to do oral sex, his behaviour would be rape, a dreadful crime and Felgueiras would be all over it.

What was conveyed was that it was something she did out of free will then felt upset about afterwards, his callous remark was very unpleasant, but it wasn’t an assault.

What was described was something done between 2 consenting adults in private and should be no one’s business and it had no place in the programme.

This story was relayed by a German man, supposedly an acquaintance of any or both of them and whether we can accept anything the accuser stated is another matter.

We would obviously condemn Brueckner if he had forced the woman to do this but the context was clearly the intention to present him as callous, disrespectful man rather than a claim he abused the woman.

His lawyer is realistic. He may be a burglar but it doesn’t make him an abductor. This is exactly what was shown last night in SF’ programme, he doesn’t rule out burglary, but what in the heck has that to do with the Maddie case?

Isn’t it interesting that there is this connection between Brueckner and Murat? We think it is.

We think the police officer called Mark may be Mark Draycott, who was identified a while back.

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner loses bid for prison release

Lawyers for prime suspect Christian Brueckner had argued that protocols in the use of the European Arrest Warrant had been reached, but today judges threw his appeal out

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner has today lost his bid to be freed from prison in Germany.

Lawyers for the 43-year-old had argued that European Arrest Warrant protocols had been breached, meaning he qualified for release.

But this morning that claim was rejected by European Court of Justice judges, who ordered that he remains behind bars.

He was arrested in 2018 in Italy, and is currently serving a 21 month sentence for drug dealing.

In December he was convicted of raping a 72-year-old woman in Portugal and sentenced to seven years in prison - a conviction is appealing against.

Brueckner, who denies having anything to do with Madeleine's disappearance, has served two thirds of his sentence.

According to court documents, in which Brueckner is referred to as XC, he was extradited from Portugal for sexually abusing a minor in June 2017, then travelled to the Netherlands and Italy whilst still on probation after his release. He was extradited to Germany from Italy in October 2018 on a warrant for drug trafficking before being tried and convicted of rape and extortion in December last year.

The ECJ case centred on whether the German authorities needed Portugal's consent to bring rape proceedings because of the 2017 extradition.

Police said the drifter’s mobile phone records placed him in the Portuguese seaside resort of Praia da Luz on the night she went missing in 2007. She was nearly four years old at the time.

German chief prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters has said there is “material evidence” she is dead.

Brueckner has previously- been convicted of a string of charges including possession of child sex images and the rape of a pensioner.

Madeleine's parents are refusing to believe their daughter is dead, despite prosecutors saying she "cannot be alive".

Kate and Gerry will not give up hope until a body is found, a family friend said.

Investigators in Germany believe Madeleine was murdered, with convicted paedophile Christian Brueckner identified as the key suspect.

And last week chief investigator Hans Christian Wolters said "everything points to her being dead."

It has left the McCanns in a "state of limbo", but they remain hopeful that their daughter, who was three when she vanished in May 2007, will turn out to be alive.

A pal told The Sun: "Until a body is found and it is proved to be Madeleine’s, Kate and Gerry are not giving up hope.

"These latest ‘she’s dead but there's no body’ theories have been repeated over the past three-and-a-half months but in all this time there appears to be no significant new development.

"It leaves Kate and Gerry on tenterhooks and in a state of limbo not knowing if there will be a breakthrough or if German officers sadly may have got wrong. It’s been another desperately difficult time for them."

The Met Police are still treating Madeleine's disappearance as a missing person inquiry.

  69. Mark Draycott’s name was mentioned by Luiz Carl Moreno in relation to the Brazil airport sighting hoax in 2013.
His e-mail was sent to Pamalam’s blog, possibly in error, thinking it was the official M blog.
The photo was actually the Ibiza airport bomb scare article, printed in June 2007 and had been used to mislead.
Nobody knew who Draycott was at the time. He removed his LinkedIn page, but he was a police officer.
Maybe Mark Draycott was chosen to work for OG because he could speak Portuguese.

  71. How other people are evaluating the German concoction is hard to fathom at the moment. For me, I'm utterly confused, firstly, CB's German lawyer said months into the media blitz that CB knew nothing about the media accusations.

Then we were told that the convict was being held in solitary for fear that the inmates would be a danger to him because of what they knew based on tabloid reportage and the fact he was the suspect killer of the most notorious (pretend) missing child in modern history.

The last I read about this blithering nonsense was when the German lawyer was pushing for the convict CB to sue the British tabloids.

German police 'don't need Madeleine McCann's body to prove suspect murdered her'

Hans Christian Wolters says authorities simply need to be 'convinced' Madeleine McCann is dead to put the suspect on trial. The child disappeared during a family holiday in Portugal in 2007

    by Natalia Penza
    04:34, 26 Sep 2020

German prosecutors have insisted they do not need Madeleine McCann’s body to prosecute the man they believe killed her.

Braunschweig-based Hans Christian Wolters says authorities simply need to be “convinced” she is dead to put the suspect on trial.

His claims will lead to speculation prosecutors are closer to charging Christian Brueckner as Mr Wolters recently claimed they had “material evidence” Madeleine was dead.

He also appeared to hint German authorities could have evidence placing the 43-year-old paedophile in the Praia da Luz holiday flat the British youngster vanished from on May 3, 2007.

Mr Wolters admitted they were no closer to establishing the identity of the person who had made a half-hour phone call to Brueckner on his mobile while he was near the Ocean Club complex shortly before Madeleine disappeared.

The suspect call, made from a Portuguese mobile which detectives have been unable to trace, formed a major part of a new police appeal earlier this year.

Mr Wolters told reporter Sandra Felgueiras on RTP programme Sexta on Friday night, referring to the suspect only by his first name and initial of his surname: “For the Madeleine McCann case it’s very important to us to be able to prove that at that moment Christian B had that mobile and hadn’t passed it on to another person.

“We have the number that called him but we haven’t managed to attribute that number to anyone at the moment.

“We don’t know what the conversation was about and we don’t know the relationship between the people who spoke.

“We are searching for a witness to establish the content of the conversation which lasted nearly half an hour and so was quite a long conversation.

“We hope someone remembers that conversation. We don’t have any reason to believe that person could be involved in what happened that night to Madeleine.”

Asked if he had any forensic evidence putting Brueckner inside the flat where Madeleine was sleeping, he replied: “I have an answer but we have decided not to divulge this information.

“I can’t say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ as that would bring a thousand other questions and I cannot go into details.
“But you have to believe me when I say we have more evidence.

“Here in Germany our Public Ministry only divulges things when they are solid.”

Mr Wolters admitted last week on the same programme there was still no “smoking gun” evidence enabling charges to be brought against Brueckner over Madeleine’s disappearance.

But he insisted there were “many pieces” of the Madeleine McCann “puzzle” pointing towards Brueckner.

Brueckner's lawyer Friedrich Fulscher has insisted his client, currently serving a 21-month drug sentence in prison in the German city of Kiel, has nothing to do with Madeleine’s disappearance.

Mr Wolters has repeatedly said prosecutors are sure the British youngster is dead, despite British police treating her disappearance as a missing person inquiry, and claimed recently: “We have nothing to indicate she could be alive.

    (Cont)

  73. (Cont)

“Everything we have points to her being dead. We have no margin of manoeuvre.”

He has also stated several times German police do not believe the chief Madeleine McCann suspect had an accomplice and described his “ex-girlfriend Nicole Fehlinger as a witness.

Brueckner is also being probed in Germany over a 2004 Algarve rape and a sex attack on a beach near Praia da Luz a month before Madeleine vanished.

In Portugal prosecutors have reopened their investigation into a sex crime in a playground he was arrested over in 2017.

He was held on suspicion of exposing himself to young children at a playground in Sao Bartolomeu de Messines a 40-minute drive from Praia de Luz.

Police discovered after his detention he was wanted by Germany on an international arrest warrant for child sex abuse and possession of child pornography.

He was extradited to his homeland and was never prosecuted in Portugal following his Algarve arrest.

The criminal probe was put on hold despite protests from the youngsters’ angry parents but reopened earlier this month.

    1. If Wolters has ““material evidence” Madeleine was dead” that he says he has then why ‘convinced’ and “convinced”, as per below?
      - “authorities simply need to be 'convinced' Madeleine McCann is dead”
      - “authorities simply need to be “convinced” she is dead”

“Everything we have points to her being dead. We have no margin of manoeuvre.” So it only points towards her being dead, no proof whatsoever of that fact.

“There was still no “smoking gun” evidence enabling charges to be brought against Brueckner” but then “appeared to hint German authorities could have evidence placing the 43-year-old paedophile in the Praia da Luz holiday flat the British youngster vanished from on May 3, 2007”. Which is it, as it can’t be both?

If they had forensic evidence he was in 5A he would have been charged by now. Obviously.
“For the Madeleine McCann case it’s very important to us to be able to prove that at that moment Christian B had that mobile and hadn’t passed it on to another person.” The only relevant question one has to ask about this is: did he say this with a straight face?

And this gem: “But you have to believe me when I say we have more evidence.” Because courts condemn people based on hints, guesses and “please believe me”. And it’s only been 115 days since June 3, when this idiocy hit the news…

  74. How can Wolters say the mystery phone caller isn’t a suspect if he doesn’t know who the person is?
Using his logic, the caller could have been a chat with a friend, a drug dealer, a girlfriend arranging a date, an accomplice in an abduction plan/ person asking CB to help in body disposal. If the latter, then the caller would be a suspect.
Not saying it was the latter, but I know as much as Wolters, it seems.
Maybe more, because nothing could place the location of that call accurately, unless it had been tracked in real time.

So was Brueckner’s number of 315 912 730 680, as being in contact with Nicole F.

    ‘CAN’T PIN IT ON HIM’
Madeleine McCann suspect Christian B could be cleared of Irish woman’s rape as DNA doesn’t match crime scene

    Nick Pisa
    30 Sep 2020, 15:19 Updated: 30 Sep 2020, 15:56

POLICE investigating Madeleine McCann prime suspect Christian B over a rape case have suffered a blow after it emerged his DNA is not a match of that found at the scene.

The 43-year-old was identified as a suspect into Maddie's disappearance in Praia da Luz, Portugal in 2007.

Two weeks ago, police revealed they were looking into Christian B for the rape of Irish tour rep Hazel Behan back in 2004.

The 37-year-old was tied up and attacked in Praia da Rocha, just three years before Maddie was snatched.

After carrying out tests on the traces found at the scene of the attack, forensic police have said they do not match that of Christian B.

A source close to the case said: "There is no evidence at the moment that links B to this rape.

"Officers have looked hard but at the moment there is nothing concrete we can use.

''It was decided the case should be looked at because of the similarities with the American woman but at the moment we cannot pin it on him at all.''

In another blow to investigators, Ms Behan told police that the man who raped her had a "birthmark" on his upper right thigh but photographs taken of Christian B by German police show no such mark exists.

German prosecutors decided to look into the case after Christian B was convicted last December of raping a 72-year-old American woman in her own home at Praia da Luz in 2005.

The American victim was beaten with a razor-sharp sword after the fiend broke into her villa during a horrifying 15-minute ordeal.

He also bound, gagged and tortured her during the sex attack and she told police: “I feared I was going to die.”

She told how she was tied up and filmed by her attacker - similar to what Ms Behan described.

Christian B escaped justice for 12 years before he was nailed by DNA evidence taken from a hair at the scene.

Ms Behan, who waived her anonymity to the Guardian, was gagged and raped in her apartment in 2004 but the culprit was never caught.

Hazel told the newspaper: "My mind was blown when I read how he had attacked a woman in 2005, both the tactics and the methods he used, the tools he had with him, how well he had planned it out.

“I puked, to be honest with you, reading about it took me right back to my experience."

His lawyer Friedrich Fulscher has insisted that Christian B had nothing to do with the horrific sex attack or Maddie's abduction and accused German police of ''chasing up a blind alley''.

According to Portuguese court documents, Hazel reported to local police that she had been raped in June 2004, when she was 20 years old.

She woke up to a man she did not know in her hotel room.

    (Cont)

    ReplyDelete
  77. (Cont)

Hazel told police he was wearing black gloves and a hood and was standing next to her with a knife to her neck.

He raped her on a table and tied her up with rope, took photographs of her and cut her clothes with scissors.

Christian B is currently in a prison in Kiel serving a 21-month sentence for drug dealing but is now eligible for parole.

Last week the European Court of Justice threw out an appeal he made claiming his arrest in Italy in 2018 breached European Arrest Warrant protocols meaning he will have to serve at least two-thirds of the seven-year sentence he was given for the 2005 rape.

Maddie disappeared in 2007 from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz and German prosecutors say they have mobile phone data placing him at the scene just before she vanished.

He also has convictions for child abuse and theft.

Police are said to be relying on information from key witnesses who have told them B admitted to being responsible for her abduction.

Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told The Sun: "I'm not allowed to comment on anything on this investigation.'

It wasn’t Brueckner and suddenly Wolters goes silent.

By the way, who now rights the wrongs of this particular accusation made against Brueckner by the media?

  78. Wolters movements, actions and any further assertions relating to a case he knows nothing about should be observed very carefully. He's not even convinced of his own story or that of Sky News, but he's doing it for a reason.

His alleged reasoning and bold declarations have so far been illogical and fruitless. So, why is he doing this? Who is Wolters? And why is he involved? We know this has all been about diversion and distraction, but why him? Why the crazy CB stories? And why did they start this latest brainwashing drive in June?

What was being said around this time that caused the usual suspects to jolt into action?

Of course they are the cowards who are protecting themselves, and when push comes to shove, only family and real friends will continue to protect K & G. The rest never gave a tos* in the first place, it was all about power and greed for them.

    MADDIE SEARCH CASH
Madeleine McCann cops get extra £350,000 to continue investigtion — taking total to over £12million

    Mike Sullivan
    Nick Pisa
    30 Sep 2020, 22:49 Updated: 30 Sep 2020, 22:51

POLICE have been given more cash to continue their probe into Madeleine McCann’s disappearance — taking the total to well beyond £12million.

The latest Home Office grant to the Met’s Operation Grange is believed to be around £350,000 and will cover work on the inquiry until the end of March 2021.

The extra cash suggests the international probe into prime suspect Christian B. will continue for at least another six months, experts say.

The Home Office declined to specify the amount of the grant, but said: “Ministers have agreed funding up to March 31, 2021. The cost of Operation Grange was £12million to the end of the 2019-20 financial year.”

Former Met detective chief inspector Mick Neville said: “The sum of £12million seems an awful lot of money. But if she has been murdered, her killer must be brought to justice. Any parent would want the same if it was their child.”

Madeleine was three when she disappeared while on holiday in Portugal in 2007. German paedophile and rapist Christian B., 43, is suspected of snatching her from her room in Praia da Luz while her parents were dining at a tapas bar.

German prosecutors say they have firm evidence Madeleine is dead.

The Grange team of four officers is in a background role. German cops are taking the lead with Portuguese authorities.

Wages for the officers are the Met’s responsibility but the government money will fund flights, hotels and other costs of the international inquiry.

Mr Neville added: “It must be remembered that Madeleine McCann may still be alive, whatever the opinion of German prosecutors.”

Operation Grange was set up in 2011 following an open letter in The Sun from Madeleine’s parents to PM David Cameron.

It has provided mobile phone data to German prosecutors as they slowly build a case against Christian B, who is in jail for drug offences.

His lawyer insists he was not involved.

    1. More money for OG.

It was OG who provided Germany with the phone data. How could they obtain phone data from Portugal without authority?

If they were using the PJ files relating to the Maddie case, neither of the 2 numbers appear in those files.

The only place the number attributed to Brueckner appears is in the PJ files related to the Albufeira robbery case in November 2007 and that interrogation only involved Nicole F.

There is no way the precise location of the 2 phone calls can be determined retrospectively. Saying that is possible is to lie.

OG have removed the appeal for information about these calls from their website, now distancing themselves from this supposed lead.

The OG officer named Mark obtained the information about Brueckner’s alleged confession from Helge Busching, a convicted criminal and people smuggler from Germany, after his release from prison in Crete. He was interviewed at a hotel in Athens in 2017.

The information was then passed to Germany.

Apart from Brueckner’s criminal record and his residence around the area of Praia da Luz, the above facts seem to be the sum total of the case against Brueckner.

He wasn’t living in Praia da Luz itself In May 2007, as his neighbour Ruth McClean testified to Sandra Felgueiras on RTP. Ruth had alerted the police to him being a missing person when she had found his rented house empty in 2006.

Both she and her daughter also testified that they had never seen the infamous VW camper van in the vicinity in May 2007, or any other time.

This lack of evidence is perhaps unfortunate for those of us who wish to see the truth of this case revealed because it means he is unlikely to ever face a court and defend himself, thereby opening up the M case to fresh scrutiny and evidence.

The worst outcome would be no trial and a lingering story of a man who was said to have got away with the murder of Maddie. The myth has been created and will be perpetuated.

      Delete
    2. The myth will be perpetuated if we let it, and the McCanns won't give up because they are still emotionally and experientially immature.

The actual truth accompanied by the application of the law will not be favourable to them if they insist on adhering to the lie.

Any one of us negatively affected by the odious cover-up and the staged missing bollox have the exact same legal options open to us as they did, and I'll hazard a guess that some of us will be better 'performers/truth-tellers' than the Ocean Club and co thespians.

The primary moral of the story being, don't underestimate your audience or take the pis* out of the public without expecting repercussions.

  80. The article suggests extra funding has been granted, but the money isn’t new funding. It’s the remains of whatever was already allocated.
Is there a hint that this may be the last amount OG will receive?
CB was the last throw of the dice.
If he isn’t charged and prosecuted, any attempts to introduce yet another suspect will be met with scepticism or derision.

Madeleine McCann police 'hired inmate to get confession from prime suspect in jail'
EXCLUSIVE: Sources claim an 'informer' could have been hired by German police to get Christian Brueckner to confess to Madeleine's disappearance as investigators try to get evidence

    by Andy Lines
    20:00, 1 Oct 2020

An inmate may have been recruited by German prosecutors to get Christian Brueckner to confess he was behind Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.

German legal sources say an “informer” could have been employed as investigators tried to get evidence to charge Brueckner.

Asked about the claim tonight, the public prosecutor’s office would not deny it, simply saying: “No comment.”

Sources said the inmate was recruited when Brueckner was in Wolfenbuettel jail before being transferred to Kiel, where he is now in solitary confinement.

It happened before Brueckner, 43, was named as the prime suspect after phone records placed him in Praia da Luz in Portugal on the night Madeleine, three, vanished in 2007.

Alexander Stevens, an expert on German criminal law, said investigators’ chances of finding any new evidence was now low.

He said: “The only remaining possibility to convict Christian B. would be to obtain information about fellow prisoners.

“The prosecutor had apparently wanted to get the accused to confess.”

If the claims, which were made in a respected German newspaper, are true, it could cause problems for the public prosecution office in Braunschweig.

This is because according to paragraph 136a of the German Code of Criminal Procedure, a statement must not be obtained by the investigating authorities by any type of deception.

It has also emerged that British police have been given more cash for the investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance, taking the total to in excess of £12million.

The latest Home Office grant to the Met’s Operation Grange is believed to be around £350,000 and will cover the inquiry until March 2021.

Brueckner was named in June as the prime suspect in Madeleine’s abduction.

He is in jail for drug offences and has been convicted of child pornography offences and rape.

That German police would never put its reputation on the line if they didn’t have something SOLID to back up their words.

We still remember Henrique Machado’s words – after being very enthusiastic about the new German suspect on June 3, seizing then the opportunity to say that above all it was clear (“in relation to the couple our investigation and the process, as far as they are concerned, went from 80 to, I won’t say 8, but it went to zero”) that the McCann “couple has no evidence that it was minimally involved in the disappearance” – on June 4: “Based on the public knowledge that we have in the case, the case so far IT IS A HANDFUL OF NOTHING in the sense that we do not know what are the strong clues that lead to…”

The difference between this and what Wolters has allegedly done is the police gather information in England, subject to guidelines and controls, not the Crown Prosecution Service. The role of the CPS is to receive and assess the information gathered by the police.
The law in Germany may allow the Prosecutor to act as police as well as prosecution, but this seems contrary to the expectations of natural justice.
The offer of a reward of €10,000 for information leading to a prosecution would be a tempting amount to manufacture evidence against CB.
It seems that Wolters may have destroyed any possibility of CB being prosecuted.
What we also don’t know is if OG’s questioning of Helge B In Athens would be admissible as evidence under German law, even though it was said by Greek police that Helge B wasn’t paid to give this information. Was he motivated by the possibility of a reward from the German police?
Manfred S said Helge came back from the interview drunk, with a lot of money as I recall, although whatever he says is as reliable as Helge B.

  83. What were the UK police doing, interviewing a German citizen in Greece?
If Helge B had contacted OG, shouldn't they have passed the information to Germany and Germany should then have requested permission from the Greek authorities to interview Helge B on their territory?

  85. The latest case of an unhealthy minded XXXL person attacking a vivacious, petite person on twitter and elsewhere, has only come to a head because a pic of the XXXL person was discovered and published on twitter by petite people.

The petites have done XXXL a favour. Had XXXL continued her code of conduct at such a rate, she would have ended up in more serious trouble than she is already in. Slowing down XXXL’s nasty output will possibly assist her in the long term during police proceedings. Having already been in trouble with the law on previous occasions, plus being issued with a PIN, the XXXL person is now in a very precarious position, and the gang do not want her as involved with them anymore.

Btw, XXXL's own circle have been secretly high-fiving the petites for releasing the pic of XXXL. They had been waiting for the right moment to release the pic themselves for a long time, to prove XXXL's twitter bio pic was more than forty years old.

KLS doesn't seem to understand how much the dynamics within the gang changed after Shell said she had done her best, but could personally do no more damage to Elaine, and must leave it up to Ben Thompson, Jules and the rest of the gang to finish her off. Shell will shed more light on this when questioned by police. Fine mess she got herself into her by making false allegations to the police earlier in the year, and it has not been cleared up yet. XXXL should have left @Strackers74 and her friends out of their public conversations. The damage being done to @GingerSnips is shocking, though it is good to see people wishing her well in dealing with XXXL and her gang.

N.B. Conspiring to cause harm to military personnel has serious consequences.

On a more positive note, as every cloud has a silver lining, the XXXL person should advise the W.H.O about the side effects of the steroid dosages she was prescribed by the NHS. Millions of starving, homeless people in Africa could benefit from this information. Steroids putting such a thick layer of flesh on their bones would at least keep them warm at night when the sun goes down.

  86. Did Karen Lowe Sanders raise enough laughs from the gang when she asked Anvil an extremely personal question about their bowels, after allegedly being gang-raped? Did she gain more respect and promotion within the gang? Rape is not something people generally discuss within intimate friendships, let alone discuss openly and make jokes about it on twitter. Victims of rape on twitter must have felt sick when they read her tweet. No matter what she is going through herself, or how much self loathing she now has because people have found out what she looks like in real life, she should not have used gang rape to score points.

Shell would be able to tell KLS that it is tough at the top of the gang. Those people are given the biggest assignments, such as tweeting shocking accusations against people, or contacting police and housing associations to tell lies.

However, when it goes badly wrong, there is never anybody around to back them up. The gang use excuses about cancer, sick children, sick parents, house moves and going on holiday to explain why they are not around to help fallen gang members pick up the pieces.

Shell knows all about this. She says had it not been for AndySid, she would never have got through what the gang were putting her through, after she failed to have @Strackers74 arrested. It was only AndySid who kept her from spilling her guts about it all over twitter. He arrived in the nick of time in the middle of the night to tell her to calm down, and not to say anything further.

By helping Shell out, he also put the rest of the gang's minds at rest that nothing else would end up on twitter via Shell.

In his mind he thinks he is so amusing, so clever, the Henny Youngman of rallies, so sarcastically brilliant. He's a clown but he doesn't see it. We see it."

Tweaked, it works perfectly to describe BRC:

  87. So, we've heard that the absolute joke that is OG is apparently continuing on with the farce, such a foolhardy thing to do when they are using public money. It is literally a sue-fest waiting to happen. As a matter of fact, all of the Madeleine OC and geographically extended liars are as vulnerable as new born babes in the face of full-on, no-holds-barred litigation.

Everything is documented, nothing is lost, and the wreckage must be accounted for.

Involving the public and thinking you have the God-given right to take their money as well, is not only wrong, it was and is also stupid. One has to wonder, do they even know how many laws they've actually broken, and who exactly do they think they are hiding behind you know who in the media's castle walls? Apart from nobody. LIARS.

They knew she was dead all along, they knew she was buried, and they all know exactly where. People in the village of Rothley know there's something not quite right about the couple from The Crescent, some still believe them, not many though.

Rothley's not stupid, plenty residents know there's something amiss there with those two. It's very basic really, people don't like being lied to and the elaborate German episode makes no sense either.

They should simply stop, the locals are sick of them, and some wish them out and gone, they've tainted the village terribly, and it's time they sold up and toddled off on their merry way. We've had enough of it all, and I'm sure Portugal has too. It was the German rubbish that put the top hat on it for me, they should stop playing their games, admit she's dead and bury her in a proper, more dignified place than just buried in the ground and hidden.

It's quite pathetic really that they choose to live like that. Contrary to what we were told in terms of how strong they are, I'm calling BS on that, they're not strong, they are the epitome of weak.

As a matter of fact, they are all cowards, and there's not one of them with any real substance, character or backbone. The only way they'll learn is the hard way I'm afraid, and they don't do conciliatory or apologetic, clearly. How deluded can one miserable bunch of underclass pretentious loons be?

Notice how none of the big shots put their hand in their own pockets? The entire construction is made out of tissue paper and broken glass and it's been one extremely long act of pure, unadulterated, illusion.

  88. A collection of information from sources which can sometimes be contradictory but sums up what we believe to be the facts as a reminder of how events unfolded back in 2013 and their relevance now:

In 2012, Brueckner’s name was passed to the UK police, as recently stated by Carlos Farinha, PJ deputy director.

There were no requests to the PJ from Scotland Yard for further information.

OG was set up in July 2013, one month after the hoax Brazil airport sighting which named Mark Draycott as an officer working with the then Scotland Yard inquiry.

In September 2013, Brueckner was alleged to have taken part in a chat room conversation with a friend, allegedly making incriminating comments about what he might do to a small child. This conversation would only be known about later, when the friend informed the German police.

On October 4 2013, the BBC reported that the U.K. police were looking at possible suspects from Germany and Netherlands. Gamble referred to his 2010 scoping report, advising that the cell phone dump, from the Portuguese investigation, should be re-examined.

On October 14, Crimewatch was aired in the U.K. and Aktenzeichen XY in Germany, appealing for information, with the McCann’s being part of the appeal in both programmes.

As a result of information being passed to both programmes, the German Federal Police (BKA) asked the police in Braunschweig for information about Brueckner, who was living there at the time.

Brueckner then received a summons from the German police on November 4th., telling him to report to the technical commissioner at room H118 at Braunschweig police station. The reason “Missing Madeleine McCann ( crime scene Portugal). Personal check of Christian B.”

By October 17, the U.K. press were reporting that Scotland Yard were seeking Dutch and German subjects.

What happened between these events in 2013 and Helge Busching’s interview in the Athens hotel in May 2017, conducted by OG officers; one being named as “ Mark”?

This is when Helge Busching gave his information about his supposed knowledge Brueckner’s involvement In Maddie’s abduction.

In 2006, Helge Busching and Manfred Seyferth had taken items from Brueckner’s home in Portugal when Brueckner was serving a prison sentence for diesel fuel in Portugal. This haul included tapes, never actually seen by the German police, as the alleged tapes were allegedly destroyed.

The tapes allegedly showed the rape of a 72 year old woman in PDL and the accuser said he recognised Brueckner when he took off his mask.

Both men were witnesses at Brueckner’s court hearing in Germany in December 2019 when he was sentenced to 7 years for rape.

Helge Busching had only recently came forward with information about the tape, seemingly in 2018, as Brueckner was arrested in Italy on a drug related charge in 2018 and extradited to Germany, where he also faced the charge of rape.

Helge Busching recently claimed that Brueckner told him in 2008 that he was involved in M’s abduction.

    (Cont)

    ReplyDelete
  89. (Cont)

Is Helge Busching, the convicted criminal and people smuggler, the person who called with information in 2013? As he was the person interviewed in Athens in 2017, accusing Brueckner of having confessed to abducting M, it would seem so.

If so, it begs the question as to why Helge Busching only came forward with information about the rape case so many years later and why he only came forward about Brueckner’s alleged confession, probably in 2013, or, as reported by the press, in 2017.

In June 2020, OG posted an appeal for information on an unnamed man, who was described in detail and 2 mobile phone numbers.

The man was later identified as Brueckner and the mystery caller to Brueckner’s number on the evening of May 3rd was named by the Portuguese press as Diogo Silva. It was then reported that this number had been re-assigned since 2007.

In September 2020, OG removed thIs appeal for information.

To date, there seems to have been no further information about the mystery caller to Brueckner. The only evidence against him seems to be the word of Helge Busching and the relevance of some of his previous convictions

All we know now is that the German authorities are unlikely to proceed with any charges against Brueckner until the New Year (if ever) and that Brueckner’s lawyer has said he has information from a person in the area of PDL (which he has visited twice) which will clear Brueckner and cause people to fall off their chairs with shock.

Until Brueckner is charged, his lawyer will not have access to any documents relating to the allegations made by the prosecutor Wolters. Wolters has said they are not looking for an accomplice, but unless he knows who the mystery caller is, how can he state that with certainty?

Unless there are any further significant developments, it seems we’ll have to wait until 2021 to see what happens.

We said 1 month but it was January and not in June 2013 when it was sent. The photo was taken June 2007.

The hoaxer also sent photo of Raymond Hewlett in Portugal to Scotland Yard, saying he was involved.

Finding common ground with friends who have to starve themselves and beg for money on gofundme accounts to buy drink and drugs, or pay for fact finding missions about bloggers in Portugal must be quite difficult for her at times.

Without Isabelle McFadden, KLS would stick out like a sore thumb on the McCann case for having come from a wealthy background and being so rich. (Having a duty free collection of common scents does not put Jules in their league.)

The mention of Diamond White conjured up the memory of a Ford veteran rot box for KLS, whereas it caused others in the gang to copper up and waddle off straight down to the local off licence.

Some people said they can't wait for Isabelle McFadden to get out of bed, and put up an album of all the cars she has ever driven.

With a jury system, it can be claimed that the pre-trial publicity has prejudiced the prospect of a fair trial, as potential jurors would be affected by the adverse publicity.
Judges, however, are meant to be able to reach a judgement on the evidence alone.
Comments on press articles in the UK are divided between those who think he’s a monster and those who say he could never have a fair trial.
Let’s hope Germany do prosecute him. Perhaps witnesses like the Jensen sisters would be asked to give evidence about their sighting of the lurking blond men on a balcony, or the Smith family, with Martin giving evidence that he didn’t recognise the man he saw as CB, as he recently stated to the press.

Your suggestion is very interesting but we disagree with you. It has absolute logic and with the exception of one detail, we would be fully on board.

That one detail being the social level of the people who were meant to be present at the event that was supposed to have taken place on May 4 in the Tapas esplanade and that due to the circumstances we all know we believe was cancelled.

These people determined what went on the menu. Either by direct choice or by those high up on the food chain with the power and influence to make such decisions.

Not only are the people you speak of way too low in the said chain to have partaken in the decision of what was to be on the menu, for the different meals during the various says, as the food you mention would lack the quality certainly required. It would be like serving dogfood to guests at a wedding, unthinkable.

The food that was enjoyed by all we believe was certainly shipped in, as we would assume that the palate of the guests who were present and meant to be pleased, to be highest pedigree. Not just any food would do.

On the other hand, there’s nothing that would stop any of the guests from sampling the local cuisine, certainly with its own appeal but we imagine that in the cases that may have happened, to have happened on the spur of the moment, meaning that we believe such food would worth a mention in any relevant memoir.

    Hope to have answered.

The audience must get lost in the multilayered details of pure make-believe for the barrow boys to have the kind of unyielding dominance and prevail until the crowd is worn down completely.

Yet, they still want to go to their graves with their asinine pact & zero respect for the people they hurt and deceived. Will they? Or won't they? Hmm, let's see if the answer's up there. Yes it is, and it's a no, not a cat in hell's chance.

No problem whatsoever. Just busy times. As none of the team members is required to put in a 14 hr of tweet work every single effing day (including weekends and holidays) we have the fortune of having other things going on in our lives.

Obviously not roping, sorry, talking about you.

    DO OR DIE
Madeleine McCann cops need massive breakthrough in next 10 weeks or case against suspect Christian B could ‘evaporate’

    Tariq Tahir
    16 Oct 2020, 18:09 Updated: 16 Oct 2020, 21:12

MADELEINE McCann cops need a breakthrough in the next ten weeks or the case against prime suspect Christian B could “evaporate”.

The 43-year-old convicted paedophile and rapist is in prison in his native Germany but no formal charges have been brought against him.

Madeleine disappeared while on holiday in the Algarve resort of Praia Da Luz in 2007 and Christian B was named as the prime suspect after mobile phone records placed in the area at the time.

Although German cops remain certain he is involved, they are now privately admitting the investigation is at a “make or break stage”, The Sun Online has learnt.

It comes as his lawyer has demanded that German investigators share "concrete evidence" they have that proves Madeleine is dead - something he claims they have refused to reveal.

“German detectives are concerned that a lot of the momentum they had in the days and weeks after Christian B was first named has now been lost,” said a source close to the investigation in Praia Da Luz.

“They are now of the view it is critical that they take a massive step forward before the end of the year.

“Otherwise they fear the case against Christian B may even just evaporate entirely.

“Detectives know the case is hanging by a thread and that the next 10 weeks between now and the end of the year are absolutely vital if they are going to be able to solve the case and find answers.”

The admission comes days after the Christian B’s lawyer Friedrich Fulscher called on prosecutors to ''show their cards'' to be ''fair'' to them and his client.

''It is no secret that the Portuguese have a different theory of what happened to the German BKA (federal police),” he said.

"The German prosecution could put an end to this theory when they finally put their cards on the table.

''This would be fair to the suspect and for the parents - both sides could judge for themselves how robust they consider the evidence to be.”

With the clock ticking in the case there have been reports suggesting a fellow an inmate in Kiel Prison may have been recruited by detectives to get the jailed sex-offender to talk.

That prompted Christian B to insist he won’t all for “dirty tricks” he believes German cops have been using to try and get him to confess to taking Madeleine.

“He has been boasting there is no way he will fall for it,” said a source.

“To him the whole thing is a game of cat and mouse and he has remained silent throughout.”

    1. We were right when we told readers that nothing was likely to happen with regard to Brueckner until next year (if then).

Wolters has nothing. No mystery phone caller, no proof the call was near apartment. OG were looking at PJ files calls. There are no calls with those numbers.

There is no forensic evidence, no confession, no photographs or videos.

What they have is a man with some relevant criminal history who lived in the general area and stories from 2 convicted criminal ex-friends.

  105. If Germany do not charge Brueckner until next year, post- Brexit, Germany will no longer extradite their own nationals to the UK, owing to provisions in their constitution which forbid the extradition of their nationals to non-EU states.

Although the UK could rely on the European Convention on Extradition, the process can take twenty times longer than the present process. It does not oblige participating countries to extradite their own nationals, nor does it set time limits on the process.

If Germany want to retain control over the prosecution of Brueckner, then a delay would suit their purpose.

It would seem, therefore, that OG would no longer have a role to play in any further investigations, other than supplying whatever relevant information they have to Germany.

Presumably, they have done that already.

Unless OG want to pursue their search for another suspect, their work is done?

If they continue asking for funding, they are effectively denying any conviction that Brueckner abducted Maddie, in spite of being the originators of the tip-off to the German police.

They have only continued to receive funding because they have been able to state they have a suspect in their sights.

It would seem that without Brueckner as that suspect, there are no grounds to request further funding.

The old ways don't work anymore, therefore, they will be changed, no ifs ands or buts about it. Being bloody-minded will be another exercise in futility in an independent court of law of someone else's choosing.

They are out of their minds, at best.

  107. We want to clarify a gossip on twitter about a police officer who was mentioned as living near Brueckner in Foral.

He was named in the press as Roy Whitehouse.

Whitehouse left his job with Central London police in 1980. He had links in Portugal since 1992 and died in 2017.

He’s unlikely to be helping with the present inquiry, as stated by some press reports.

Madeleine McCann prime suspect may never face court over abduction claims

The prosecutor leading the inquiry into German paedo Christian Brueckner said there is no “forensic evidence” that would support an arrest warrant.

    by Patrick Hill
    04:30, 25 Oct 2020

The German paedophile suspected of abducting Madeleine McCann may never face court over the crime.

The warning comes from the ¬prosecutor leading the inquiry into Christian Brueckner’s alleged links to the three-year-old’s disappearance in Portugal in 2007.

Hans Christian Wolters said there was no “forensic evidence” and what other clues they had were “not enough to get an arrest warrant”.

Wolters said he was “hopeful” ¬missing evidence would be found for police to charge and interrogate Brueckner, 43, but added: “At the moment our evidence is strong, but not so strong we are sure he will be sentenced by the court.”

It’s an about-turn from the ¬prosecutor, who has previously claimed police had “concrete” ¬evidence that Madeleine is dead.

It is understood her parents Kate and Gerry have not been told what the evidence is and the Metropolitan Police in London is still treating the case, which has now cost £12million, as a missing persons inquiry.

Wolters told the They’ve Taken Her podcast: “Maybe we need more ¬witnesses or we need some photos or video.”

A friend of the McCann family said yesterday: “It feels like he is trying to lower expectations after coming out all guns blazing. It’s heartbreaking.”

Wolters also said that if ¬Brueckner is ever charged in relation to ¬Madeleine’s disappearance, it could now be hard for him to have a fair trial following worldwide publicity.

Bruecker, a drifter ¬convicted of child pornography offences and rape, is serving a drugs jail term in Kiel, Germany.

Police are reportedly ¬searching for two Russian men – thought to be brothers – who they believe spoke to Brueckner in the spring of 2007, before Madeleine disappeared from a holiday villa in Praia da Luz.

At the time, he lived near the Algarve resort where the three-year-old was snatched while her parents were eating dinner at a nearby ¬restaurant.

Brueckner’s lawyer insists his ¬client is innocent.

We have been waiting for the mention of the 2 Russians brothers… and here they are.

All the effort put in by Sandra Felgueiras, all the time and money spent by her in her quest to push the Russian link has to pay off, or no? Has her effort to be scrapped as were the millions spent on the Netflix mockumentary?

She tried to push the Russian link but to little avail up to now.

The names Ivan and Kaspar were screenshots in Felgueiras’s programme.

Ivan was named in this article but as ‘Ivan’ (one wonders why, he’s either Ivan ot he isn’t): “One of them was called ‘Ivan’ and they apparently lived on the Algarve at the time.”

This was October 12, we are at the 26th. When are we going to know who Kaspar is? When will we know what is ‘Ivan’s’ real name?

    2. We’ve never seen anything from Wolters about a fair trial until reading this.

Is he saying German judges can’t be impartial? We don’t think Germany has jury trial.

If he did say this, why did he ensure that Brueckner couldn’t have a fair trial by making unsubstantiated allegations?

Why haven’t they bothered to interview Brueckner?

Rhetorical question - they don’t want his lawyer to have access to the “evidence”, whatever it may be. Or lack of.

    3. Because he's taken direction from the undesirables in the corrupt British media, and the equally lame, Scotland Yard and related tentacles.

This distractionary project is as formulaically egregious as all the rest.

No imagination! And Wolters is a very weak and transparent figure with no ability to hide his lying eyes.

Soooo predictable, it's like being back in kindergarten, and the naughty child has taken the dare, primarily for selfish and personal reasons.

    Germans want to take over?

It’s like Operation Grange all over again, in 2014.

Except the Germans want to take control, if this is correct.

We don’t recall ANY country being subjected to 2 police forces investigating a crime outside their jurisdiction.

    Will Portugal concede again?

How far will whoever is running this pathetic show take this parody?
