Textusa, Dr...http://www.mccannfiles.com/id232.html

Textusa, Dr Martin Roberts is finally in synch with you! Time is proving you were right all along!
Just the last paragraph: "Neither before nor since have the McCanns offered any rationalisation of the original CdM story of August 12. They should, and for one very good reason: Whether Gerry McCann personally took ownership of the information flow at the outset, or had it gifted to him by a 'spokesperson', the fact remains that he did not communicate anything of significance 'on the night of the crime' to anyone in the UK, in time to enable John Buck to telephone Alipio Ribeiro at dinner. If the various CdM attributions are fundamentally correct however, then whoever had that information, i.e., whoever 'phoned the FCO and/or Gordon Brown from within the UK, was in possession of it prior to 10.00 p.m. on 3 May, 'the night of the crime'."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-53113681909456913582013-08-24T20:42:11.943+01:002013-08-24T20:42:11.943+01:00Textusa, you have now ruined many BH’s Saturday ni...Textusa, you have now ruined many BH’s Saturday night and the rest of the week LOL!!!! ...We would like to give an heads-up to our readers.

This break has been almost two months long, for no other reason than the unsynchronization in holiday planning. During this period the daily readership (according to Blogger) has been nothing short of astounding.

The interest that readers have demonstrated can only be repaid with the respect they deserve. Thus this heads-up.

We hope to return on the morning of Friday, August 30th.

If you haven't noticed, we have, for quite a while now, put up a "BLOG's THEMATIC LIBRARY". It's on the bottom of the far-right column of the blog.

There, we intend, for easy future reference, to group posts by themes, dissipating, once and for all, any sort of doubt about whether we'll ever intend to close the blog down or "woosh" any of its content away.

It's been a postponed task as it's not easy to catalog 500 plus posts but we've already created 3 folders: "THE GENERAL PLOT", "THE TAPAS QUIZ POSTS" and "DEBUNKING THE MOCKUMENTARY".

Next Friday's post will be the first post of a new folder that we're calling "HOW DID MADDIE DIE"

Thank you so for your readership. It is an omnipresent support and source of motivation. However, the English investigators consider that there were questions still left to be made and clues that have not been explored to exhaustion.

The rogatory letter is extensive and will be done by the South Directorate, in Faro. The eventual sending of a delegation of British police to Algarve is not yet certain and will be articulated with the Public Ministry, but it is certain that, once in the country, they cannot be the ones doing the diligences. They can only watch what the Portuguese police do.

The inspectors that will act in accordance with the rogatory letter will not be the same as those that investigated the disappearance. So began the parents’ attempt to ban the book and sue the author. The book was banned. The newspapers shifted their stance, which has continued to this day, to get their quotes on the McCann affair only from the pair’s government-appointed spin-doctor. All steam ahead now to take Amaral for every penny he’d got…

But Ooooooops! The ban on the book was overturned. This represented disaster for Team McCann. A Court of Law had ruled that the book was not libellous..! From this moment the hope for a successful outcome to the Libel Accusation was destroyed.

The McCanns cannot win the Libel Trial when it comes to full court. They will be regretting the steps they have taken and desperately seeking a way out. In February this year, 2013, the trial was stymied when Amaral refused a ‘settlement’ agreement proposed by the McCanns. He wants this to go to full court where he wants the McCanns. For the first time they will be questioned in a Courtroom (or, more likely, via video link), but the important thing is to get them there.

We don’t have any idea what kind of ‘settlement’ the McCann team proposed, but the very fact that they offered it is itself remarkable. Normally it is the defendant who asks for a settlement, not the litigant. Again we see a struggling Team McCann.

At the beginning of this note I made mention of ‘Trial of the Century’ and this will be nothing less than that. It isn’t a ‘behind-the-scenes’ run of the mill trial. The McCanns do, of course, have the option of withdrawing their action - but the consequences for them would be catastrophic – they would be, essentially, admitting they were wrong to accuse Mr.Amaral of libel and that his synopsis is valid.

And that, in an instant, throws doubt on the abduction scenario. So we can take it the McCanns are not looking forward to this trial. There seems to be no way out for them.

But we have the politicians to reckon with. It is not in the UK’s interest to have this trial go ahead. A successful outcome for Goncalo will mean the UK, almost from the very start, was wrong to ridicule the PJ and insist that the ‘abduction’ was the only possible explanation of Madeleine’s disappearance – despite there being no evidence to validate that explanation. Top-level politicians will be seen to have interfered to, in effect, protect the parents and so obstruct the course of justice.

It is not in Portugal’s interest that the trial goes ahead. If Goncalo is successful it will create nothing short of a ‘diplomatic situation’ with the UK. Most unpleasant.

It isn’t unreasonable to suppose that high-flying lawyers and politicians from both sides are at this moment seeking ‘solutions’ and the best avenue to take to cause the least embarassment. Team McCann will be looking for legal arguments to further delay the trial. Team Goncalo – to speed it up.

There are many who doubt the trial will be allowed to proceed at all but I am firmly of the opposite opinion. The trial will go ahead. But be prepared for legal wrangling and an astonishing decision. Let us all hope we get Justice, at last, for Madeleine Beth McCannAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-5882373571569936872013-08-22T17:40:59.900+01:002013-08-22T17:40:59.900+01:00http://lhro.wordpress.com/
Lisbon Libel Trial Mc...http://lhro.wordpress.com/

Lisbon Libel Trial McCanns v Amaral.

After almost two years of postponements the Libel Trial of the Century is set to take place this year in Lisbon, Portugal. Having been abandoned in February 2013 it was given a six month period after which, if both parties had failed to reach an agreement, the Full Trial was to be scheduled. Those six months are up.

The strategy of the McCann parents was originally to launch a two-pronged attack. In their somewhat frenzied desire to take control of the media, to stop newspapers quoting sources familiar with the police operations of the PJ. Most especially to silence any opposition to their claim that their child was abducted.

This attack came in two slices. The first was to have Goncalo Amaral’s book ‘The Truth of the Lie’ banned. If they succeeded the next step was to take him for every penny he’d got, claiming ‘Libel’.

‘The Truth of the Lie’ was written by Amaral (The lead detective and co-ordinator of the Portuguese investigation into Madeleine McCann’s death) after he had left the force. The book is a synopsis of that investigation based on ‘diligences’ observed (indications of suspicion) and the eventual conclusions of the PJ (Portuguese police) that Madeleine had died in her family’s holiday apartment. These observations can be found in what has come to be known as the PJ Files. Googleable.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-46552915817463405402013-08-17T13:01:51.276+01:002013-08-17T13:01:51.276+01:00http://www.anorak.co.uk/321455/madeleine-mccann/ma...http://www.anorak.co.uk/321455/madeleine-mccann/madeleine-mccann-a-pr-mistake-with-antonio-castela.html/

"Hold the phone! Any subject that hits the news will be researched online. Maddie is a popular subject. She was made popular by the press that helped the cover-up. The press knows there's a cover-up, I know. They are part of it! But the same press knows, like the politicians know that truth will surface one day.
JFK was a President so people tend to expect that there was foul play in his death (as years later it proved to be). Marilyn Monroe was a celebrity who was said to have romantic connections with the US Government, the 2 Kennedy brothers, and the mafia. So people aren't surprised if there's foul play in her death as well.
People tend to condescend on any foul play about these kind of deaths.
But every time there's a new finding in any of these 2 deaths the mainstream media publishes the story because people are interested.
And interested people have this new tool called internet right at the tip of their fingers.
Maddie was a little girl. People will not condescend on any foul play about this kind of death.
I'll give you an example. The Lindbergh baby was kidnapped over 80 years ago. Apparently they found out who did it, Bruno Hauptmann. He was convicted in a PUBLIC trial with all the media following it. Today it's still not clear if it was indeed him but that is not the example I want to use.
Imagine the scandal TODAY if it was found out that there was proof that the US Administration, under President Hoover, helped to cover-up what happened to the Charles Lindbergh? And that the Administration that followed it, President FDR's, had continued to help that cover-up?
Would that interest people? You bet! The difference? Not only there was no internet then as anyone reading about the subject online will quickly get the perception that the McCanns were helped out by the UK Gov.
Another example. Remember all the media attention that John Mark Karr got after confessing having killed JonBenet Ramsey? He was even photographed on the plane flying from Bangkok to the US!
It was later proved that he had nothing to do with JonBenet's case but the press revived all the details of the story in 2006, 10 years after she was killed. And if a suspect was to be charged today for that murder, they would revive it again.
You are also forgetting that with each passing year, a new generation of newcomers: teenagers. People who were too young at the time but now are at the age of curiosity and tend to get interested in the case. A 10 yr-old then is now a 16 year old and 16 yr-olds have big dreams of making a difference and wanting to change the world for the better, starting with exposing injustices.
Maddie has become the relevant historic figure they made her out to be, don't doubt it. I think David Cameron is fully aware of that and I don't think he'll be pleased to have his name dragged into this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-48979473912026396482013-08-14T22:23:49.718+01:002013-08-14T22:23:49.718+01:00196 - I disagree with your comment - other commen...196 - I disagree with your comment - other comments are valid they state the importance of progress - there is much progression everything takes time we have to show patience eventually justice will be ours. Comments are not attempting to minimize the internets importance, it is the internet and media that will eventually resolved this case. After 6 years where are there any newcomers? Most people feel are familiar with the Mccanns version and that the Mccanns are guilty we have all heard Madelines story of their fake abductor, we now await justice... A dead Maddie will start speculation and any attempt to say she was abducted but we haven't found her takes the review in a full circle costing 5 million plus to rotate around.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-42195353666490863412013-08-14T21:35:52.267+01:002013-08-14T21:35:52.267+01:00192

They haven't picked up on it thus far, and that's a fact we can all agree on, surely. If the Met, in collab with Portugal decide on a cover-up it will be conveniently arranged to ensure minimum embarrassment to all involved. And the forces that are keeping the 'mainstream media' in order at the moment will be stronger than ever.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-53161157488465603682013-08-14T21:10:04.613+01:002013-08-14T21:10:04.613+01:00Sometimes when we are involved or interested in a ...Sometimes when we are involved or interested in a case and there seems no progress we often only see the negative side, lack of progress or prosecution lack of justice for Madeleine. The McCann’s have created a media monster through their desperation for us to believe their fictitious abductor story but in doing so far more people worldwide have become interested than would have done if the Mccanns had been honest from the start. 6 years seems a long time for no progress but it is nothing in the scope of time and there has been much progress. For example look at where we are now, the McCann’s marriage I believe is in tatters it has become nothing more than a business venture and a sham, two people afraid to speak to each other about events for fear of being overheard with advanced technology, they hide behind Carter Ruck whose fees were paid from the public purse. The public no longer supports the McCann’s. They no longer have backers, their abductor story has not one shred of evidence to support it, their tapas friends have not come forward and pleaded for Madeleine’s return or offered to take part in a reconstruction or state McCann’s innocence, instead they have distanced themselves from this money grubbing pair. Their story is pure fantasy as we now know and become boring, no comments are allowed on their online news articles, they are not the sought after celebrities they once were that pulled in audiences or sold newspapers. Now in 2013 the McCann’s appear pathetic and desperate their body language exposes their lies. They attempt to make money and gain cheap publicity through charity runs that are barely mentioned in the press. The Met may attempt a whitewash that is to the Met but they will lose credibility and their reputation will be damaged once the full facts come out which know can only be a matter of time. Gerry had a ‘moment of madness’ he decided to cover up his daughter’s death as Kate said in her book he said ‘we are ruined’ what father would say that? The facts are all there we have mulled over them, none of what the Mccanns state has any credibility or evidence, a quickly put together story about an abductor by 9 friends who could never have imaged that it would reach such worldwide media heights thanks to the desperate parents. Textusa has been absolutely brilliant in her analysis, Amaral has stood firm and so has Tony Bennett these people will not be silenced there are others that we will not know of until this sad case is finally resolved, but by inviting the worlds media into their messy business the Mccanns sealed their fate, ‘too much information’ Kate and Gerry it’s all down in writing all the inconsistencies and discrepancies and just awaiting your court appearance., every action has a reaction. God bless you Maddie you deserved so much more.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
