The main ideia that McCanns want to pass is that they are responsible and caring parents, they are more closed into each other than ever and not passing a idea of dysfunctional family... in may moderate opinion there's valuable information that you should take as certain, however is not simple to split easily what's truth from what's toxic.

Here you have to put yourself in their shoes and think with god sense.

Later I'll mention about the gross lies that were enough to grill the parents but the top Portuguese police in charge was not following the law - seems that they had their own agenda too. She described him as aged 30 to 40, with dark hair and wearing light coloured trousers;
-at 9.30 p.m., it was the time for another friend, MATTHEW OLDFIELD, to go to the MCCANNS' apartment to check on the children, but he only saw the twins, given the fact that he did not enter the room. In order to see MADELEINE'S bed, he would have to go inside. He detected nothing out of the ordinary;

- at around 10 p.m., when KATE went to the apartment she verified that MADELEINE had disappeared, and that the window and shutters of the bedroom were open.

Apart from that, and according to what was established within the investigation in the meantime, the witness MATTHEW OLDFIELD assumes that, at around 8.55 p.m., he went near the outside of the window of the bedroom where MADELEINE was sleeping – a window that was closed.

I think the abductor has closed the window from outside for Matthew eyes, what about you?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-86672991506522550532011-03-12T17:32:50.783+00:002011-03-12T17:32:50.783+00:00Gerry First Signs I

It's a disaster."

"The first 48 hours was akin to having a bereavement. It was as though Madeleine had died. It was anguish, despair, guilt, helplessness all falling into one".

Mr McCann would cycle six miles to work and played golf when he had time in Rothley. So, he plays golf – why was he playing tennis with so many good golf camps in Algarve?
Gerry McCann told of an "extraordinary experience" inside the church in Praia da Luz just days after Madeleine's disappearance. The experience inspired him to launch the global campaign to find his daughter.
On the flight to Berlin, Gerry wearily admitted the couple's campaign to find Madeleine could last years – how did he know it will take so long?
At first there was the fear that Madeleine was dead. Two things changed that. The first was a meeting with a psychologist sent from Britain to see them.
As Mr McCann explained: "We couldn't get out of heads that she was likely to be dead and we were truly, truly grieving. But then the psychologist said, ‘Is there any other possibility?' And then he started channeling negatives and saying, ‘Of course there are other possibilities.' And we started to see that." The second was meeting the local parish priest, Fr José Manuel Pacheco. Fr Zé, as he is popularly known, is a great favorite with the McCanns: warm, genial and inspiring. He speaks fluent English and Mr McCann said he had worked hard to bring together the British expatriate community and Portuguese Catholics. he parish priest also gave the McCanns the keys to the church so that they could pray there alone in the evenings. It was while they were doing this early in the first week that Mr McCann had an extraordinary experience.

Like is preference for golf that he does not tell us there was another Priest that he does not speak much about, why is that?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6891574965172458848.post-15686601064957185512011-03-12T16:54:41.366+00:002011-03-12T16:54:41.366+00:00I feel so much pity a woman that has become an ico...I feel so much pity a woman that has become an icon for the fight against breast cancer has let herself be linked with these people. She knows it happened under other circumstances." Asked about whether she and her husband were responsible for their daughter's disappearance, she said: "It cannot be considered a crime. Someone committed one, but not us." Who has then?

It is believed the entire Portuguese case rests on DNA evidence from body fluids which allegedly suggests that Madeleine's corpse was carried in the boot of the McCanns' hired Renault Scenic.

But the McCanns say the fluids probably came from Madeleine's unwashed pyjamas and sandals which were carried in the boot when the family was moving apartments.

They could also have come from dirty nappies belonging to twins Sean and Amelie who have similar DNA to their four-year-old sister.

Additionally at least 30 people connected to the family, including close relatives, used the Renault before police searched it.

Bodily fluids, believed to be urine and sweat, were found in the boot of the car during a review of the case by British police.

Forensic tests showed they had an 80 per cent match to Madeleine's DNA.

Portuguese detectives are working on the wild theory that the McCanns accidentally killed their daughter, possibly by overdosing her with sleeping pills.
Portuguese police are also basing their case on the reaction of two British sniffer dogs that allegedly detected the smell of death in the Renault and Madeleine's holiday apartment.

As far as Kate and Gerry are aware, the only evidence the police have are the bodily fluids and the dogs.

"Nothing was said to either of them in police interviews about hair in the boot or elsewhere." She's gone." “I can't do this anymore,' and I just want to press a button, and we're all gone, and it's all finished, and we're all together and gone. She knows that Madeleine is already dead. Visited in the night by the spirit of her missing daughter Madeleine. She feels regret. Her battles with nightmarish thoughts that Madeleine might be dead.

"We were under 24-hour constant scrutiny after Madeleine was taken. Where would I have hidden a body? We had no vehicle even then." The police case against Kate and Gerry revolves around claims that traces of Madeleine's DNA were found in a Renault Scenic car hired for the McCanns by a representative of holiday firm Mark Warner 25 days after their daughter's disappearance.
Kate said: "The police are going to say they have found bodily fluids from Madeleine in the car. It's impossible. We hired the car three-and-a-half weeks later."

A police dog sniffed out traces of corpses on Kate's clothes, it is said. "Apparently the dog started barking at my jeans (did she mention jeans intentionally? Because dog started barking to her black and white trousers) and in the apartment," said Kate.

Friends have pointed out that GP Kate was present at several deaths before she went away on holiday. Seems death is all around Kate, isn’t it?
Witnesses had described Kate as "violent" and "aggressive" towards her children. Pamela Fenn, who was in an apartment above the family on May 3 - the night Madeleine disappeared - is quoted as saying she believed Mrs McCann sometimes became violent and "out of control" in the room below. She claimed that "the little girl's screams calling for her daddy were very audible".
Another witness is quoted as saying that Mrs McCann "seemed to have moments of aggressiveness towards her children" and that her husband, "though more absent, had more emotional control". It was alleged that she offered no explanation for why Madeleine's DNA appeared to have been found in a car the couple hired 25 days after she vanished.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
